Canceled the reservation. I know they said it was because of the ocean conditions not being conducive to seeing a lot of the sea life but very disappointing since it was the only day we had booked an activity and couldn't go.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the snorkeling experience, especially since it was your only day available. Unfortunately, the ocean conditions that day — including poor visibility and strong swell — made it unsafe and not enjoyable for snorkeling. Portugal’s coastline is known for its consistent waves and colder Atlantic waters, which makes it an amazing surf destination, but also means that snorkeling conditions can be unpredictable. It’s not every day that the sea is calm and clear enough for a good snorkeling session. We always prioritize safety and the quality of the experience, even if it means making difficult decisions like canceling. If possible, we always recommend guests try to keep some flexibility in their schedule for ocean activities, as nature doesn’t always cooperate. We hope you’ll return one day under better conditions so we can show you the incredible underwater beauty this place has to offer. Warm regards,

Perfect for anyone who loves beautiful beaches and marine life

It was one of the best experiences of my stay in Lisbon! It's great for anyone who loves nature, swimming, animals and beaches. Mind you - the water can be cold, this is the ocean. We saw octopuses, lots of fish and a small crab. The weather was gorgeous and the guides make sure you go on a day with a beautiful forecast. Don't be upset if it gets cancelled - they just want to make sure you go on an ideal day, I waited and wasn't disappointed. 20/10, recommended with my whole heart!!!

Must-do snorkel experience

Filipe was an excellent guide and made this tour spectacular for my boyfriend and I. It turned out to be just us two with Filipe, though it certainly felt like we were being led by a friend than anything. He was very informative, attentive and kind. We learned a lot about Portugal, its environment and marine life just by snorkelling with Filipe, as well as learning how to snorkel properly. Would highly recommend this tour!

Felipe was our guide and he really made the tour. He was so informative and funny and really taught us about the ecological area. Snorkeling was okay but unfortunately it was very foggy so the sites were not as spectacular as pictured. But it was fun to swim the Atlantic ocean.
