His advertisement says both ways wanted to charge me an additional 90.00 after paying 168 for a 2 Mile ride. Takes You the long way, so it makes it look like a longer drive but realistically it’s less than 2 miles. Absolutely a joke

Driver seemed to fall asleep

I was scammed! No one ever came to pick us up and therefore I had to pay another 360.00 to a cab I found to get us to our resort. So a total of over 700.00 yesterday for just travel from the airport to out resort. I want to be refunded asap

Particularly irritating to receive four emails from Viator asking 'how was the service'. Also much of the information submitted at booking did not evidently transfer to the end provider. You are advised after booking to 'register' online and yet again type the same information about your arrival and departure details all over - then you are asked to call and reconfirm. Next time - will simply have the travel agent just book a service. The ride itself was ok.
