Our trolleys come by approximately every 30 minutes, though times may vary slightly due to traffic conditions. Depending on demand and the time of year, our in-field dispatchers often put more trolleys in the tour loop at an increased frequency.

What if the trolley is full when it arrives at my stop on the Key West Shore Excursion: Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour?

During peak times, we cannot guarantee that each trolley will have available seats however, our dispatchers will send another trolley directly to the stop for guests that were unable to board. The trolleys will usually arrive in less than 15 minutes.

Can I bring a stroller aboard the Key West Shore Excursion: Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour?

Yes, strollers must be folded and stored during the tour. For the safety of the child, it is never allowed for the baby to ride in the stroller through the tour. Strollers in the aisle would also constitute a safety hazard.

Can I bring food and drinks on board the Key West Shore Excursion: Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour?

Food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

Are pets allowed on board the Key West Shore Excursion: Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour?

Service animals are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. Animal species other than dogs, emotional support animals, comfort animals, companion animals, and service animals in training are not permitted.

Is the Key West Shore Excursion: Key West Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour handicap accessible?

Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated at any stop. We will fold and stow them during the tour. Several trolleys are equipped with a lift for non-collapsible chairs/scooters. Call the number on your ticket in advance to plan accordingly.

After arriving at the Port of Key West, get to know this island city and its top attractions in convenient and economical fashion on an entertaining and educational hop-on hop-off tour.

Board one of the orange and green trolleys and enjoy the view with a live commentary of interesting facts and stories from an expert guide who knows the island inside and out. Hop off at any of the attractions for a closer look, then hop back on when it’s convenient.

Instructions on getting voucher/ticket was vague. First Trolley operator let us on by only showing voucher. Next time we hopped back on we had someone who knew how to get voucher and give us stickers to ride. Overall a good experience on the Trolley.

We only did 2 hop ons. Robert, our 1st trolley driver and tour guide, was very mindful and, at the same time, funny. He made sure that we are safe by repeatedly reminding us of the trolley safety rules. He also ensured that people could hear and enjoy his narration by letting us know when we're getting loud. I had great fun during this activity & learned a lot as well

What a great way to see Keywest! Had a wonderful time w/my daughter riding along & listening to all the different trolly drivers share a bit of history & fun facts about the island. Like any other hop on/off tours it is the best way to get a visual of the town & then choose the stops you want to get off. Definitely worth doing, highly recommend!

I paid over $150 for a tour online at no time did it give me a tour time for the trolley. When I attempted to use the trolley I found out the trolley stops running at 5pm. It has been impossible to contact the company to get a refund.
