Nice crew, clean, organized catamaran. Grace, Fin, and Joe were great. Snorkeling Equipment worked well. Children were taken care of and watched closely. We had a great time.

Captain Steve and his crew, Gary and Carley, made this experience fun from the beginning to end! Lots of laughter, engaging conversation, and we were able to see many beautiful fish...sharks included. The food was yummy and the drinks were plentiful. Exceptional crew and my husband and I definitely recommend this Ragin' Cajun adventure! Thank you, Steve, Carley and Gary!

Perfect outing on Perfect Day

Other reviews are true! Great outing. Weather wasn't too hot and partly cloudy. Stopping at 2 snorkel spots was awesome as 1 is typically better. For us on this day, it was the 2nd stop. Full selection of drinks - water, juice, soda, wine, liquor. Food was excellent and a nice break between snorkel stops. We also had a small group -15 with 3 crew. Boat wasn't crowded at all. Crew was excellent. Captain Brandon, Bryan and the other mate (sorry forgot his name). Kept everything safe but casual. Very friendly and professional. Always checking if you were having a good time, that you were comfortable, and if you needed anything.

As for your refund, when bookings are made through a third party such as Viator, it can take 3–5 business days for the funds to show on your account. If you don’t see it after that time, we recommend reaching out to Viator directly for an update.

Good at refunds, horrible at sailing or maintenance

Boat broke down and we turned around in 30 minutes. Either they cant do preventive maintenance or to good for it.

Great reef snorkeling. Crew member, Grace was amazing. She made the trip extra special. One cranky male crew member. Otherwise the rest of the crew and captain were awesome. Beautiful waters, cool fish, and great food. A must do for your trip.

Horrible communication and experience

The info given said that we would have a 10 am depart. Nothing in the booking confirmation said anything otherwise. Once my family and I drove an hour and a half to get to the dock at 9:58 am we got to watch the boat we were scheduled to be on leaving. When we asked why they left without us the dock staff (who were rude and non helpful) told us that we should have been there at 9:30 am. When I asked to show me where that was stated in the confirmation email that clearly said 10 she quickly argued that since we booked through a 3rd party (Viator) that they were not responsible. The options she gave us were to go on a different cruise later in the day or reschedule for another day. This was our last day in Key West so rescheduling was no good. The one we booked was for 2 snorkeling stops and an ALL YOU CAN EAT shrimp boil. What we were forced to settle with was a sunset cruise that did not allow for snorkeling. This cruise was cheaper than the original we had booked and we were not offered a refund of the difference even after asking. After spending the entire day filling time until our new 6 pm departure we were back at the dock promptly at 6 expecting to board and be shoved off promptly at 6:30 like they did with the morning cruise where they left us. To our surprise boarding was slow and relaxed. 15 minutes after the scheduled time they shoved off and we were on our way for our sailing adventure and meal! Well once again we were surprised when the whole cruise turned out to be a 5 knot motoring of the boat out and straight back. Oh and the meal...we were served finger food the consisted of soggy crackers in fish dip, olives and cheese on toothpicks and for the final course, shrimp cocktail. This was 3 shrimp shoved in a tiny cup with some cocktail sauce on the bottom. We endured our over priced Disney float (honestly the it's a small world cruise at Disney was more eventful and a more genuine experience) and returned back to the dock with our now sloppy drunk crew mates and wondered how we got swindled out of hundreds of dollars and a waste of our time. This adventure was anything but that....it's not what's advertised, it's not what we got, and fixing the problem was not on anyone's mind at Sebago. It was by far the worst part of our 10 days we spent in the keys. Find better places to spend your money and with companies that are happy to provide great service and give clear communication. Seabago and Viator are not it.

Our confirmation email—sent to every guest regardless of where they book—clearly states that check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure. This is standard across all our tours to ensure we can get everyone checked in, briefed, and ready for an on-time departure. Unfortunately, you were not there at 9:58 - you still hadn't found parking and the rest of the party was not there. Just like an airplane - you don't arrive at departure time. We feel it is fair you take responsibility for arriving late. While we understand your disappointment, we also want to point out that our team made an exception by accommodating you on another tour that same day. That’s not something we’re required to do, and it’s not always possible. No, the sunset sail doesn’t include snorkeling or a shrimp boil—but it’s a premium experience in its own right, and we’re glad we were able to offer that courtesy given the circumstances. We stand by the clarity of our communication and the professionalism of our staff. Sometimes missing the boat isn’t a figure of speech—it’s just what happens when check-in time isn’t followed. We do appreciate your feedback and wish you smoother sailing in the future.

Sebago's shop is a short, visible, walk to the boat, and has many of the last minute "necessities" available. I decided at the last minute to buy a swim shirt to prevent sunburns in the water, and it was only $10 (the one my husband bought ahead of time was $7, but he is smarter than I am!). They also had reusable water bottles, underwater cameras, hats/caps, towels, cover-ups, and cellphone bags available if needed. On the boat, Brian, Grace, and Joe were great! They were honestly the most friendly people we met in Key West! The snorkeling instructions were clear, the reef guidelines were concise, the food was delicious, the catamaran was spacious and FAST. Watch out for "the washing machine"; it is a little challenging to get back out of the water in choppy seas, but the staff is on hand to assist where needed. Hubby bruised a rib climbing out as a wave hit. Because of this, we did not go down at the second stop, but we did enjoy the food and some quality lounge time on the catamaran. I will say that a few passengers, already suffering a bit from seasickness, found the food aroma a little off-putting (I guess Cajun seasoning can do that to people?), but ginger ale was readily available, and once I got past the effects of "the washing machine" and ate a boiled potato, I was right as rain. There were a LOT of people in the area. I think there were 2 or 3 other boats nearby, so it did get a little crowded. We did not raise the sails, relying instead on their butch motor, which I understand when you have a fairly strict timetable to meet. All in all, I would definitely recommend this trip to a decent swimmer.

The food and drinks were phenomenal.. we enjoyed this cruise the crew were amazing they served us drinks and Cajun food which was delicious I think they told us Maria had prepared it and it was definitely delicious they took us to 2 snorkeling spot Grace and Miranda were awesome !!

Kathryn and Anders we just a class act taking care of everyone and ensuring we had a great time! Captain Brett led the team and was very interactive with the guests. It's the little things on tours that can make all the difference. And the food was delicious, much better than I expected! I can't recommend this tour and this team enough. Real pros with loads of experience.
