We had a great day exploring the history of Hawaii, and learning about the years of monarchy. Our guide Simina took us to historical sites, and shared a lot of info as we were traveling through the city. Having done all the “regular” attractions during previous trips, it was great to have the opportunity to deep dive into the culture and history of this amazing place. This was an absolutely unique experience!

Great customer service and communication from the tour operator. Our guide was Ama. Ama, as a native islander, knows a lot about the history of Honolulu and Hawaii in general. We visited the Iolani Palace and the Bishop Museum. We elected to skip the mission part of the tour because I had blisters on my feet, but still received the history from Ama. Ama also took us through Chinatown, a scenic drive along the coast where he regularly surfs, and down to Honolulu Harbor, Merchant Row and to the royal cemetery / mausoleum. Great experience!

Melissa our guide was very knowledgeable, and a great communicator - and a delightful person. The stops were excellent- especially the iolani palace (a must see!) and the bishop museum. This is Hawaii beyond the beaches and so fascinating.

I would give this a 10 star rating if I could! Simina was a Great host and tour guide! Excellent knowledge of the Hawaiian culture & history. Got to see Diamondhead point & the suburb. Beautiful homes of the wealthy and famous. Got a history and a visit to the original missionaries home, the royal palace, State Capital building, Chinatown, Bishop museum, the port light house and of course Waikiki and its highlights. My new hero is duke kahanamoku and his beach restaurant! The 6-7 hour tour was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
