My driver show up ON TIME and not NO SHOW.

Viator makes it much easier to plan activities in Hawaii as I have never been there before. And my shuttles to and from the airport worked out so well with text from drivers the night before pick up I especially loved the Dole Pineapple plantation tour ! Luau at the Marriott was wonderful. Expensive but worth it.

Outstanding customer service. Before our flight left orlando I had an introductory text with photo of our driver Johnny. I let him know The flight was delayed leaving Seattle. We were nearly 2 hours late arriving. He was very respectful, polite and welcomed us to to Hawaii. Safe driver.

Sadly , we never saw this provider . We waited for 50 minutes at the pick up point .
Our transport was booked for 9.30pm . We arrived at the pick up point at 9.10pm. I tried contacting the driver by text , WhatsApp and calling but got no reply .
The driver had messaged to say he was at the pick up point but we were unable to find him . Not sure how we could miss him as the instructions were very clear .
We ended up getting a taxi instead . After a very long journey, we were exhausted and disappointed to start our holiday on such a low note
