The service was great! They called to check in when we landed and there was someone to greet us at baggage claim. He escorted us to the van. The van was clean and the driver was very friendly and informative. We will be booking this service back to the airport because we enjoyed it so much.

I called the day before the the transport was scheduled to confirm the time and location. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship and he dropped us at our airline gate.

Viatour did not make it clear that another company would be picking us up. We were not told the name of the company just a picture. The driver was great but we missed the first shuttle after asking the first shuttle if this was via tour and he said no because he had no idea. We almost missed our flight. You need to give more info that the company picking us up was VIP

Terrible. There told us they would meet us at baggage claim. When we arrived they sent us on a wild goose chase. Finally after waiting over an hour outside in the heat they showed up making us late for our cruise boarding g time Their excuse was we had too many y in Wakiki. We almost gave up and took a taxi. Very bad experience, will never book again.

We had a good time during the ride. The driver was a gentleman very respectful and a lot patience to find us because we got on a Polynesian because we were taken there by the airport personal. They picked us up from our hotel and took us to the cruise terminal. Originally, they were supposed to pick us up at the airport, but we came in the day before and when we were at the airport, I saw a van from this company and after talking to the driver, he said they could pick us up at the hotel instead. That saved us time since we didn't have to go to the airport to be picked up. They picked us up on time and we arrived at the cruise terminal exactly when we were supposed to. We will ride with them again if we go back to Hawaii.
