Adventure fun but booking was very tough

I would recommend this adventure but not going through Viator. I was on the phone and online help for over an hour trying to get this adventure booked. A couple of issues. 1. Company name was not provided at first. There are so many adventures with similar names and customer service representative was having problems locating the one I wanted. At first they offered a more expensive one. 2. Meeting location was incorrect. 3. I was charged for 3 travellers, when I should have been charged per Jet Ski. (2 drivers and 1 passenger). I’m waiting for my refund for the passenger. Even Lustre Watersports called your support line to say this. I was finally able to find out the company’s name and phone number. I called them directly and got everything I needed.
