Upon review, it appears that there was an issue with the provision of proper identification which unfortunately prevented you from participating in the scheduled jetcar experience. As part of our standard procedure, we are required by Viator to ensure that all bookings are accompanied by appropriate identification and matching credit card details. This measure is in place to mitigate potential chargebacks and fraudulent activities, which are unfortunately common occurrences in our operating environment, particularly in Miami. Despite our efforts to assist you in obtaining the necessary documentation, it appears that you were unable to provide the required matching ID and credit card. While our staff endeavored to facilitate the process by offering assistance in showing you how to obtain pictures of your ID and credit card in your iPhone gallery, you declined to do so. Regrettably, despite our staff's recommendation to reschedule your experience to allow for the provision of your id and credit card, it appears that this option was not feasible for you . It's important to note that all other customers were able to proceed with their activities as they were able to provide the necessary documentation. At our company, we take pride in our outstanding reputation across various platforms, our courteous and well-trained staff, and the excellent condition of our equipment, including our jetcars. In essence, it is imperative that your ID matches the details of the accompanying credit card to ensure a seamless and secure transaction process. Great but booking sucks not on time

Great experience but was 30 minutes late and I was charged an extra $80 for going through Viator website and I thought it was for two hours and it was only given one hour

After a location mixup. I must say the jetcar ride was amazing. We started late but the experience was still great. The jetcar had a Bluetooth system and we cruz while listening to our jams.

The jetcar was cute and just a fantastic sight. My husband and I had an absolute blast until I wet my hair and like any typical female I was not thrilled lol haha! Overall we had an amazing adventure. Frederick was a cool tour guide and helped guide us on the ocean. It was extremely fun and special.
