Overall great experience ! Some hidden charges , but the man in charge of the experience was great , informative. I felt safe, when one of my kids became scared he took him back and allowed me to continue to enjoy the experience. It’s was freezing so we went in early , but that’s no one fault. . I definitely would recommend .

Fun time with friends. We saw Iguanas on the bridge and rode around the canals for an hour. The jet skis were easy to operate and Travis was a great employee

We scheduled our time two weeks prior at 10AM. When we arrived at our scheduled time no one was there. No notification of them running late or cancellation given. We called the number on the sign and did get a hold of someone and they said we would have to reschedule for two hours later. We did and they did show up the second time. We were also told we would have our time upgraded but they did not. We also had to stand in the heat for over 30 minutes while they were checking all of our info. With rentals like this you do this in advance and they should have received all of our info well ahead of time. The jet skis where old and tired, the speedometer where set to KM and MPH they didn’t come fueled (I was told I would need to go out and come back in because my jet ski only had 15 minutes worth of fuel. The staff is flat out rude and short as well. Additionally, you are extremely restricted to where you can even use the jet ski. It was not a great experience, they force you to tip them (they don’t give you an option to not tip and they ask you do this before you even get on the jet ski). We have rented jet skis before and this was by far the worst experience. Avoid if you want to actually have fun. There are lots of place in Miami that will give you a much better experience. It’s worth the drive if you want to have fun.

Pay close attention to the small print. Extra fees. Minimal speed due to limitations because of yachts and water taxi. One strong pro—view is pretty incredible. 1 hr was more than enough

The excursion time said 9:30 but we didn’t leave until 10:30 The excursion said it included water but they didn’t have any She ask had we already signed a waiver but she didn’t send us one We had to pay $15 for gas plus $300 deposit and I’ve never paid for either before She asked for her tip before we even took the trip I’ve never been out without a guide And she told us it was only one slow zone but we saw several so it was confusing where we could go fast

Thank you for your review and we appreciate your feedback. We strive everyday to deliver an excellent experience for every customer but unfortunately it looks like we fell short of your expectations on a couple of your points. As a small business, many different variables come together to deliver excellence and on occasion things don’t go exactly as planned. To address your concerns, sometimes check-in can be delayed, especially on a holiday week as I’m sure you can understand. People need to be processed properly due to laws, regulations & liability and it’s our responsibility to make sure it’s done entirely which generally takes about 30 minutes. In your case it was slightly longer due to July 4th week (one of our busiest weeks of the year) and we went through over 500 bottles of water in a 4 day span (we ran out and couldn’t restock water on time for your rental which we certainly apologize for). Regarding the waivers, they are pre-sent in every booking confirmation email which also states in the pre and post booking process that a $15 gas charge and $300 refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in. Regarding the tip, for us it’s a token of gratitude which is entirely up to the customer to determine and is never required or mandatory but always appreciated. We certainly apologize if that message came off the wrong way. We are one of the only companies with a safety process which prepares our customers to go have fun without a guide as 95% of our customers prefer. We do offer the opportunity to go with a guide but it’s more expensive and needs to be reserved in advance. Lastly, we explain in detail during the safety briefing where you can and can’t go fast, and there is an opportunity to ask questions for further clarification if needed. We have a 2.5 mile fast zone to enjoy with inner canals to explore which are no wake zones. I hope this helps to clear up any misunderstanding and again we apologize for not meeting your expectations. The company technically accepts no liability whatsoever. There is a $300 deposit per Jet-ski, but if the watercraft is damaged, the operator is responsible for all damages and lose the deposit. Other than that, the service is fine. Fun experience!

Very fun, please read details when booking.. there is an expensive fee for insurance that’s charged to your card. It get reimbursed but it’s a hugh charge to hold in my opinion! The instructor was great.

the two gentlemen that was assisting with the jetski were very nonchalant with their customer service..maybe they didn't have breakfast yet, I don't know..when I booked reservation, I booked for 4 people. only allowed me 2 jetski..don't understand why when I was willing to pay for the 4 jetski..then when I arrived for my services, no one informed me that I could switch amongst each other so that everyone could get a ride on the jetski..but another family that was there that had the same issue as my party was informed that they could switch up on the jetski so everyone could get a ride..I guess only some people get special privileges..then in my email it stated 300 dollar deposit was to paid but when I arrived I had to pay a 600 dollar deposited. if the 300 dollar deposit was per each jetski, then it should have stated that in the email. what if I didn't have the 600 dollars on me..the jetski ride was great but process was horrible..they need better customer service and better communication...

Hello Alison, With all due respect, you paid and reserved for 2 jetskis, not 4. Also, you were informed of the policies before making a reservation and after making a reservation. It specifically states it’s $300 deposit per jetski, and also the max weight limit to share is 350 lbs. This is for safety purposes. The other group that you saw did not exceed the limit to share. Not what advertised and rude

It was suppose to be a tour and it wasn’t. The guy was rude when the Jet ski was clearly not working right nobody answered the phone we took it back to dock the other kid couldn’t even get it on the dock and pulled a balloon out from under it and the other guy acted like the Jet ski was fine the whole time.

Hello Madison, We are surprised that you have left this review. Not only did we waive your gas charge, but when you had ran over debris in the water which got your ski clogged, we unclogged it for you, test drove it in front of you which is also on surveillance camera, and also gave you an extra 30 minutes. You guys returned happy. Also this is a self guided rental, if you purchased a tour it would have been much more expensive. I hope you reconsider your review.

We were unable to even partake in jet skiing due to the tour company not proving proper details on what was needed. The instructor was lively and promised us a refund but the tour operator is denying it. Stay far away from this company. They lie and scam folks just trying to take a nice vacation.

Colleen, before you even purchased the product and reserved your spot, it very clearly states in the detail there is a $300 security deposit due at check-in. You didn’t bring the deposit so obviously we can’t give you a $10,000 jetski. All sales are final within 24 hours of your reservation time which is also clearly stated before purchase. We could have rescheduled you but you just walked away. We cannot break company policy just because you didn’t bring the security deposit. Let us know if you’d like to reschedule for next time as we have a credit for you. We hope to see you then!

Worth it!

Gives you great freedom and a good range to ride jet ski in. Reasonable price as well. Parking, directions, venue, etc. were all easy + convenient to follow. Highly recommend this excursion for beginners! Seeing the yachts and millionaire homes was amazing!

Wasn’t happy about third party experience but nonetheless, finally got it going and after being told at which point we can ride freely, was stopped by the police twice for going 7mph. Ridiculous. Never again.

Hello there, I am sorry you had a bad experience but when you break the no wake law it is taken very seriously. It takes 5 minutes going slow to get to the fast zone. You need to travel no wake only for 5 minutes but you were moving too quick before the fast zone. This review does not accurately reflect who we are as a company.

Service was great the 2 hour was perfect.... e Celt our machines got plugged with seaweed we couldn’t get out and we are kind of in a bind at the inter coastal and ocean channel... lots of if boats and big waves couldn’t accrlaerate to get they then...once we hit the ocean it cleared and it was great but plugged again in way back through inter coastal and I maxed out at 3 mph Other than seaweed loved it!!!
