this was such a fun experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable on animals and was very helpful in pointing them out during the tour. Also, he prepared us very well before we even got onto the beach on how to use the equipment 10 out of 10 would recommend and would do it again.

Jacques was our guide. He had all the equipment that we needed ready. He looked after us as we snorkeled over the reef and fish. And we saw fish! He pointed them out to us when he spotted them. When a snorkel popped off a mask, he was right there to put it back in place. It was a great trip!

Jacques was a very friendly and accommodating guide. He was concerned with our safety and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. The equipment was excellent.
We went in the afternoon and the current was a bit strong but Jacques made sure we navigated it well. It might be better in the morning.
We saw a lot of different fish.
It was convenient because we could park where we were meeting Jacques and the parking was free. The beach was very nice.

We had such a great snorkeling experience with Jacques! He was amazing with my kids—patient, engaging, and always ready to answer their questions. His knowledge of the sea life made the whole trip even more interesting. He was attentive, kind, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Highly recommend!

Jacques was a great tour guide. He is great with inexperienced snorkelers, and helped us a lot with putting on our gear properly. He pulled us on a raft the whole time to make sure we felt safe. I learned a lot about different fish that live in the reef.

Jacques was our guide and he was FANTASTIC! Our group ranged in age from 14-80, and he was able to meet everyone’s needs. Communication before the session was excellent. He had great, up-to-date equipment. Instructions for safety and equipment use were clear and concise. He guided us out to the reef from the shore, and we were able to see lots of fish. We were lucky enough to see a ray, a trumpet fish, a BIG puffer fish, lots of parrotfish, and Dory (blue tang). Jacques was great about signaling us when there was a particularly cool thing to see. Absolutely highly recommend. We would most certainly snorkel with Jacques again. Thank you!!

We had an amazing snorkel experience. It was my daughter and I and four others in the group . Jacques did a terrific job explaining what to do prior to going in the water. When in the water, he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the different fish we saw and making everyone feel comfortable.
I will definitely book again!

Cancelled the day of, but he didn't call or text me to let me know. Viator sent an email, but I don't check email every hour of the day, so we waited for 45 minutes until I called Viator and they told me. It was my daughter's first snorkeling trip, so she was very disappointed.

The booking was cancelled early that morning of which you received a full refund. Once we processed the cancelation you would have needed to acknowledge it which you did through the booking platforms email.
The conditions were not suitable for snorkeling tours that day and safety is a main concern of ours which was the reason for all tours to be cancelled first thing in the morning.

We are a group of 4 who booked individually. Each of our bookings were canceled by the company the day before the adventure, due to apparent overbooking, but only after being confirmed via email. So that sucked. If you’re going to book with this company, definitely have a backup plan.

Viator overbooked the time slots and we canceled them as soon as we were able to. The email confirmation comes from the booking platform that you booked it through and not directly from our company.

This was my first time snorkeling, and the instructor helped me feel safe and well informed prior to going out in the water. He was showing us different species of fish throughout the trip and we even saw a sting ray. He made sure all participants stayed close and were feeling comfortable with their snorkel. Overall a wonderful experience.

I signed up to go snorkeling at the Pompano Beach reef. Jacques was prompt, knowledgeable and kind. We saw parrot fish, angel fish, a turtle and a spotted eal! I highly recommend this snorkeling tour.

Due to late arriving guests and then the “jet skis getting too close”, the actual time in the water snorkeling was only 30 minutes. Our friend who did not accompany us on the snorkeling journey, snapped photos of us going onto the water at 2:20pm and exiting the water at 2:50pm. Thirty minutes of actually snorkeling at $55 each for our party of 2, is unacceptable.

I am sorry that you feel that our tour is to expensive.
On this trip the jetski operators from the Beachcomber resort were coming to close to the group, safety of all of our clients is of the upmost importance to us. Everyone in the group agreed as I did mention it in the water. After the tour everyone in the group said what a great experience they had as well as all of the marine life they had seen.
If you are in Fort Lauderdale again come and join us for a free snorkeling tour.

We booked this snorkeling tour very last minute and Jacques was gracious in booking and then rescheduling to the next morning because visibly conditions had deteriorated. He was great with communication, explaining what to expect, and pointing out sealife while in the water. He was also very patient and kind with our apprehensive 13-yr-old daughter. Definitely recommend!

Jacques was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and took great care of us. It was super easy for us to find the meeting spot. I guess some other person was supposed to be in our group, but she couldn’t find the meeting spot, which was 100% HER fault. Jacques was very patient with her despite her being incredibly rude to him. The way he handled this other customer just further showed us how professional he is.
Another thing that I really appreciated about Jacques was when he saw a piece of trash on the ocean floor, he would dive down to retrieve it so he could throw it away later. That’s something I really respect.
I got seasick and we eventually had to head back to shore, but Jacques was very kind and understanding. After we got back to shore, he gave us recommendations of restaurants we could go to in the area as well.
I truly can’t recommend this experience enough! If we ever come back to FL, we’ll definitely reach out to Jacques again! (And I’ll take some motion sickness meds lolol)

Jacques was awesome to snorkel with. He was informative. His equipment was very high quality. He took us across the street from the meeting spot to the beach and we snorkeled right there. We were lucky to see a spotted eagle ray. He took a short video of the encounter with the ray and texted it to us! We had a young girl who was a beginner and rather anxious and he was very patient and kind with her. Would definitely go snorkeling with Jacques again!

Jacques is a fantastic guide. He answered all our questions before we arrived. Gave us a review of the outing before we got started. The snorkel tour was absolutely amazing. Jacques made this so special for us. He helped us get setup and explains things as you get in the water, pointed out and identified fish species, and made sure we were having fun! This is a must do when in Pompano Beach and Ft Lauderdale. You won't be disappointed.

John did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing throughout the snorkeling tour. We saw lots of fish, a huge sting ray, a nurse shark, and of course the coral reef. Highly recommended!

Jacques was wonderful! Very patient and helpful. It was just my husband and I. he explained everything and helped us with the equipment. We hadn't been snorkeling for a few years and our last experience was actually a little scary. I felt very comfortable with Jacques. He helped us into the beach when the current got a little strong.
