We loved this experience. A day in paradise. Firstly the transfer was seemless, collected at 6:30am. Straight to the boat. Checked in no issue. Boat was busy but comfortable. Arrived around 11:30am to a paradise island. Stunning views and beaches. We paid extra 40 dollars each for the beach club which I would recommend. There was so many places to sit and was peaceful. The dj was brilliant and we loved the clear blue sea, white sand beach and stunning pools. Shuttle back was easy. Straight onto the boat. The worst part of the whole day was a needless wait at passport control on our return. But I would 100% do this again. Like I say the beach club is worth it. What a day. It was like being in a paradise brochure.

Ferry To Bimini was good, I would recommend bringing a sweat shirt or blanket, they keep the boat chilly and looking up the directions before your visit- would have helped if the instructions were more clear on how to get to the ports!

A lot of money for a shorter experience than advertised

Unfortunately the trip to Freeport was more than 4 hours so with 40 minutes getting to the beach and back we didn‘t have much time to enjoy the beautiful island. 500 Euros was a bit much for this.

It was horrible experience !! first of all they changed the time from 6 AM to nine then we didn’t leave until 11. Finally got to the island only having two hours on the island. All the excursions were closed. We could absolutely do nothing. It was the most terrific experience I’ve ever experienced never again.

Good day trip

I would give this trip a 4.5. The ferry check in & ride was smooth. There were plenty of food & drink options & a little gift shop. Seats were comfortable & spacious. The WiFi & a lot of the charging ports didn’t work. Make sure your phone is fully charged before boarding just in case. The excursion staff were funny & courteous. They made sure I mad my way to the transport bus. The bus drivers run a tight schedule so make sure you are at your pick up point on time. One person almost got left on our way back. I will say that driver put in a good effort to locate the passenger. Even called I believe & found out they took taxi! Had us waiting for no reason & we were the last to return to the ferry because of that. Don’t be inconsiderate. Be there on time. The resort was nice. $90 to eat & drink away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the lack of enthusiasm from the resort staff to do excursions. After checking in with 2 excursions stations, I was finally pointed to the guy doing water sports. When I got there, he said it was very difficult to paddle boat because it was windy. He did offer to take me snorkeling. Later, I saw the staff taking people staying at the resort sailing. I went back & inquired & was told I have to sign up 1st thing in the morning because now they were booked. Well, we don’t get to the island until 12, so how would I be able to do so? Plus, I went to sign in for activities as soon as I got there. No one mentioned that activity at all. I was bummed. It would be nice if we were made aware of the activities & could schedule with the resort in advance.

A Great Day, but Long Night in Bimini

Despite an early morning to meet the shuttle to the ferry, we were excited. The ferry took off later than scheduled, but this was announced and eventually we were at sea. Unfortunately, the bottom cafeteria was under staffed which led to a 30-40 min wait in line. The rest was smooth sailing. The day in Bimini was fun. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around and see the island and meet the nicest people. We were aware the return trip would be at night, but the boat was delayed. Boarding was supposed at 7pm which ended up being 11pm. Understandably delays do happen, but there was no communication short of passengers sharing what they could with each other from what we could hear. Disappointed no apologies, explanation or consolation was given. After clearing customs State side, we had another hour wait in the shuttle waiting for all the passengers. There should be more options especially with the ferry delay. Staying on the positive side, despite the disappointing ending, it was a great excursion. The Bimini crew and the Ferry crew were friendly and professional.

No pick up

I didnt even go. Tried to call a few days after booking to set up a pick up time and location. Told to wait until the day before which was odd to start. Called the day before to schedule pick up and was told I would have to get to fort Lauderdale myself no pick up. Asked for a refund but because it was less than 24 hours now because of just finding out the day before so told no. Would rate this a zero if I could. I would recomend taking this off your site. Makes you look bad to offer from a company like this

I don't understand why it callca a trip.as nothing includes i would call it transportation with hotel pick up .all trip was about swimming pigs and in the end they tald us on boat that it canceled.so I think it should be mentioned as well that it can happen.there is nothing to do in that may not nice at all.water sports which was over priced.

The trip was split into three parts that didn't seem to communicate to each other. We paid for the cheaper trip that didn't include the "swim with pigs" but claimed to have all inclusive. First we were transported to the port via bus, received multiple paper bracelets without knowing what they were for. None of the people that brought us there joined us on the ferry trip, so we were "delivered" to completely different crew. Then there were two barely understandable broadcasts made on the ferry which told us that we had to get our tickets from a little kiosk on the ship. These in turn were used by another travel company to determine which beach we paid for and we got transported there by bus. The bus then just dropped us off and returned four hours later, leaving us at a beach that had two "tourist attractions"; a restaurant and a little resort that you have to pay additional 5$ for. Since we came from the US, we didn't have any cash with us and thus were unable to pay the entrance fee, even though we wanted to. There was no ATM at the whole beach and the restaurant, while accepting credit card payment, refused to let us "buy cash" from them. So we were stranded at a beach, ate in the restaurant and waited for the bus to pick us up again. There was no personnel from the travel agency that felt responsible for the whole thing. I cannot recommend this trip by any means.

Not worth it!!! It was highly expensive. First I had to pay for the trip with the boat about 153 Euros. Then I had to pay again 65 for the trip to the beach with the pigs. You even dont get a free glas of water at the beach. The photo shown with the pigs is not the beach where we were taken. I would not recommend it.

Just don’t do it. You’llwais You time. Stay in Miami and enjoy your day. Early wake up, 3.5 hours to and 3.5 hrs in the ferry plus shuttle, transportation. You’ll spend 10 hours in transit to stay only a couple of hours at a beach. Plus you will have to pay to enter a beach. Think twice.

Not a lot to see when get there. A very long day. No quick cat boat trip is offered. It is all ferry now and takes over 3 hours for the trip. There is no outside seating on the ferry. Can only stand out the back, then you get fumes from the ferry engines. Only a small community with shops geared for the tourist only and expensive. Also 20 minute bus ride from port to the town centre which cost extra 10. Could spend your day better elsewhere.

This tour was a waste of money. Very unorganized between the time you have to check-in, go thru customs officials, board the boat you waste a total of 3 hours of being in the Bahamas. If you can fly to the Bahamas on a day trip I recommend it. Otherwise you will actually only spend four to enjoy.

The only service provided by the operator was the transportation from hotel to ferry and from ferry to hotel. We did not receive any information about the tour, the activities. The trip between the port in Miami to Freeport takes 2:30 hs and during this period we did not receive any information about what to expect when arriving in Freeport. People can feel completely lost when arriving there. I think there woud be people from the operator all the time providing information, mainly because many people does not speak english and it is difficult to understand what to do. They did nothing. I felt as if I had organised the tour by myself. With no guide. No help. No information. I hardly do not recommend. Mainly for people older than 50 years.

Deux heures passées sur un ferry, certes, très bien équipé, mais sur-climatisé. J'ai eu très froid pendant tout le trajet. C'est très cher quand même pour passer la journée sur une plage, certes qui est belle mais qui reste une plage. Inutile d'ailleurs d'y faire du snorkelling, il n'y a rien à voir. Et si vous voulez aller nager avec les cochons, vous pouvez vider votre porte monnaie définitivement. Ne prenez pas vos couteaux si vous voulez pique niquer (il y a un poste frontière à passer avec détection bagages). Si vous garez votre voiture à Port Everglades, il vous en coûtera encore 15 dollars de plus
