You will get wet! We enjoyed the beginning with the narration of the million dollar homes which were within minutes from the port. The boat captain provided excellent background on the history of the area
And was well versed on the celebrities who reside there. Once we got in to the open water, the speed increased which felt as if we were on a roller coast in the water. Very enjoyable and the group of 15 I was with enjoyed the experience overall. I would highly recommend this activity for visitors as well
As natives who have yet to enjoy this enjoyable outing.

We were ripped off!! Cancel last minute because they wanted more people but we wasted an uber ride and our time. And no refund yet. I will try to leave negative reviews everywhere!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS!
Hard to rate when the tour operator cancels but you can’t get a refund.
At 11 am we get a text that the activity scheduled for 3 people ($139 US) was canceled by sea rockets. When we called to get a refund, we were told too bad you can’t get one.
Was told we needed to have purchased the trip cancellation insurance through viator… but the activity was booked for the next day- we were not going to cancel!!
This is a scam by the tour operator and viator.
Called the tour operator 3 times so far- and no refund. And we have not been able to get through to viator to get a refund.
Never again would I ever book a tour with this operator.

Refunds through third party platforms like Viator can take up to 14 days to reflect back on your card after we approve them, and we understand how frustrating that wait can be. The operator canceled the tour on the same day of the tour. I called the operator to request a refund, but they said I have to contact Viator. I contacted Viator, & they said they have to contact the operator. I am still waiting for my refund. Based on other reviews, it appears this operator cancel their tours easily. It is better to book something else to ensure no disappointment, & left you with nothing to do.

So we didn't have an experience. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were booked at 3:00, and asked to show up at 2:45. Well they sent a message close to take off time that the boat ride was cancelled due to lack of people. I asked a worker and she said the minimum is 20. I just don't understand why we weren't notified sooner. It would seem that if they don't have the number they need an hour or 2 before then cacel. Very disappointed!

I booked for 2 people for today October 6, 2025 and no one was there at the pick up spot and I didn't receive any email of company that boat ride was canceled. I want a full refund. I called customer service today and the representative said she would process my refund and email me the confirmation. That didn't happen. I was scammed out of $69.98 plus $45 for my Lyft ride going and coming from my resort we were staying at, Margaritaville in Hollywood Florida. We were going to take boat ride to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We traveled from Seattle, Washington. Very disappointed

The trip was cancelled due to not enough bookings. Unknown at the time of booking is that Viator charges $30 if you book through them. So when Sea Rocket gave me a refund, it was minus the $30 Viator charges. Next time I will just book directly through the company and not these third party websites. Lesson learned.

Everything started right on time . I brought my 12 year old and 3 year old . My oldest wished we had gone faster and my youngest ended up napping . I thought it was a fun time and it was well organized . Our trip wasn’t overcrowded so that made it better.

Operator canceled due to not enough booked. Then I requested refund bc i leave tomorrow. They suggested a later tour however I can't because had plans after the original tour. They said they could only refund partial so I contacted viator bc they canceled. Not only did they cancel last minute I was charged an Uber cancelation fee bc i was in the Uber enroute.

The captain and the speed boat crew were very nice. The information and jokes were informative and hilarious! We really enjoyed it! The boat was clean and beautiful! The music was a mix and we loved it. They had to cancel our 3pm sailing and told us to call. We called and they offered to book for the Sunset tour. It was BEAUTIFUL! The captain said the waters looked choppy and a bit unsafe so decided not to take us for the “speed” part of the tour. I appreciate his judgement and for considering our safety. Although I was a tiny bit disappointed in the card nature dealt us to have us miss the main reason why we booked it we STILL enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book it again.

This ride was not only a feeling of being on a roller coaster but was so enjoyable in other ways. Our captain was informative and HILARIOUS! His side captain was accommodating and well aware of his passengers safety. I will always recommend this ride to everyone! Getting wet was the best part!
