We booked transportation services from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. The day before I reached out to FAST ICE INC. to make sure our driver would be at the airport once we arrived. After waiting for a hour I contacted Viator customer service and was told they would reach out and get back to me no response….once we landed at the airport I tried calling for over a hour to get a response from FAST ICE INC. and after about a hour and a half a different company called me and said they had been given my number and was to transport us….The lack of communication with FAST ICE INC. is unacceptable especially when you have paid for a group of people and is dependent on their services

I confirmed multiple times with the company that we were getting picked up at the cruise port and taken to the airport, but our driver initially went to the airport before I got in contact and he came to the cruise port. Luckily, we had extra time that morning and still arrived on time for our flights. The rest of the experience was pleasant.

Nice car but driver appeared to lack experience

Get a driver that is familiar with the airport; airport garage and location of the hotel. He was at the wrong baggage claim area then was confused about how to get to the area in the garage where his vehicle was parked. He missed the hotel and had to double back.

Luis (our driver) was on time when I arrived and was very communicative via phone call and text. As soon as we located him, he was super helpful with our luggage and greeted us with the most excellent customer service! It was a very hot and humid day and he had cold water waiting for us. He allowed us to control the music for an easy listening 45 min ride to our hotel. And the price was better than another deal I almost went with!

Excellent service provided by Ariel M Alemany and team. Arrived at the airport early and welcomed th family for a family reunion celebration. There were a total of approx. 40 persons men, women, and children. The driver (s) greeted the family and a smooth transition in loading everyone and the luggage. The transfer was to the cruise in Port Everglades and plan to use this same service in the near future. Thank you for your courtesy and kindness.
