I am 5'2", 130lbs and do not have very strong hands and wrists. I was assigned a small bike but had to move down to a smaller, lighter bike. Once that happened I was fine. This was my first time riding an electric bike and it started raining so, in the end, we didn't go far but I am glad I got to experience an electric bike. The people who served us were very nice and catered to our needs. Note that the Viator system they use allows only ordering small bikes but they did indeed have bikes to accomodate my 6'3" husband.
