The wave raft trip we went on was a pretty chill ride. This specific tour is great for older people and children. The view from the raft was beautiful. Our guide, Tupelo was very knowledgeable which made the trip that much more enjoyable. It was a great experience.

The raft trip was fun, guide was excellent and helpful. Atmosphere and attitude of staff at location seemed to appeal to a younger crowd, not much effort at polite assistance. We wouldn’t suggest this company for mature adults.

The Wilderness trip was so much fun! The staff made even the instructions and safety talk interesting to listen to. Our raft guide, Tupelo, worked hard while we enjoyed the ride down the river. Tupelo spotted a moose and her baby - so that made the trip extra exciting! Would 100% recommend.

Good trip. Guide was great. Just make sure you book the correct trip. There are two routes, the very moderate float called wilderness wave and the more adventurous canyon wave.

Instructions for using equipment very good & entertaining. Trip was beautiful, staff was very helpful & efficient. It was just exciting enough for beginners but fun for experienced friends. It would have been helpful to have a little more information about wetsuits ahead of time and how to dress for the cold. We all got cold feet. But great experience. DO IT!!!

This was a GREAT experience.
Everyone with Wilderness Wave was excellent.
Our raft captain BEAU was awesome.
He truly made my granddaughter

Great experience with Bryce. So much fun for the whole family. We had one young one (age 7-72 with us) but older kids wanted some fun splashes and rapids. He was able to adjust Wilderness Wave the trip to meet everyone’s desires. The teens guy soaked as they wished:) Great time, highly recommend. Also, good to note clothes underneath completely dry!

The rafters were very professional and humerous. They provided expert instructions with a great sense of security at the same time. They provided information about the surroundings along the way and ensured everyone on the raft felt comfortable with the experience.

We had a fantastic 90 minute river rafting on the Nenana river with beautiful views of the river, mountains and very exciting rapids!!! New Wave was super organized and we had dry suits so we stayed nice and dry even on the big waves! Our guides, Marty and Owen, were great and Marty our River Raft Captain provided excellent narrative during the trip and great expertise on the river! Highly recommend this trip!

We really enjoyed this adventure. Really most anyone can do this and in pretty much whatever your wearing. They have gear that covers you from getting wet including shoes and jump suit. For the most part this is not scary. If you want more excitement take their other adventure. This is good for first-timers. Barbie, our guide was fantastic! Make sure to do one of their adventures, you should really enjoy it like we did. Great memories too.

Our guide -Barbie wore a pink tutu and is an outstanding waterman - her words - she is proud of that. A professional guide for 6 years this is her first year in Alaska
She is amazing. This would have been 5 stars but about 45 minutes late getting started. But they made up for it with the quality of the float trip

What a great way to experience the Nenana River and Denali National Park! Our guide and master rower, Chance, was amazing! He was informative, communicative, gave us a chance to row in the super quiet parts of the river, had a great sense of humor and lookout on life! Our entire group of six thoroughly enjoyed our experience!! Definitely a must do trip!!

Great experience! Such a lovely way to begin our Denali trip. Marty and “Wookie” were awesome and made us feel right at home. This was a first rafting experience with the kids (12, 15, & 18)and it was just right.
