Going at our own pace, stopping where we wanted was absolutely well worth it. Much preferred over paying for a”tour”.

Awful experience!! Their office isn't staffed. Showed up 2 minutes before my rental time. Gave no guidance as to where to go. Gave me the keys and said have fun. I asked where I should go? Suggested starting by going up main road of Denali National Park. Drove 30 miles in at 30mph. Took almost 3 hours to get back out. Could have done that in my own car. Followed a camper and Prius most of the way because there are very few places to pass. Definitely didnt need to rent a jeep for that. Went back to office to find out how to get to off road trails, no one at the office again. Left the jeep there, disgusted! They should have had some suggested route maps at the very least. Viator should not be offering this company as an option. There is another company 1/4 mile down the road. Much more professional.

Hello,
We are sorry that your rental did not meet your expectations. There are several times throughout the day where our office is unstaffed due to the nature of our business. However, if you would have called, there’s always an associate available to answer the phone and would have been able to help you.
We also provide a travel booklet for you that has route maps and places of interest marked. I’m not sure why you did not refer to that or give us a call but hopefully the rest of your vacation went well.
Basically just a car rental. Handed a booklet with a “map” - don’t bother unless you have your own route planned out.

If you want an experience away from the crowds and busses this is a great option. We drive the Denali highway and it was beautiful! Lots of places to pull off and see beauty! We did see a Moose crossing a river!
There are many other options to drive and the guide book is very helpful.
