- Guests not zipping but accompanied by 2 or more paying zippers may access the garden and waterfalls for free

It was a great day packed with sights and information. We loved having Big Mike show us pridefully the community he grew up in. A good overview of local culture and history. Big Mike is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He’s the unofficial mayor of Hilo! Seems to know someone at every corner. We highly recommend this tour.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to complete the course because of the weather conditions but the guides were amazing, and what we did get to experience was absolutely amazing! The weather wasn’t the guides fault for sure, and they still made sure we had the best time!

We did the Zip Line. They run this rain or shine. We were staying on the other side of the island and didn't check weather so we're unprepared for the rain. They provided panchos which were clutch and shows great service.
We have been to a few zip lines across the islands and the views here were just simply legendary. Despite the rain, this was easily our favorite. I think the rain actually made the lines move a little faster. Would easily do it again.

Took my parents (70's) and my spouse and kids (15 & 8). Everyone loved it. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Everyone was ready to go again. Again, the staff was fun, happy, professional and made my family feel at ease and safe. Thank you so much. We will recommend to everyone and anyone.

Activity was pretty much as advertised. We weren’t told to be there 30-45 min early so got called that we were late. Suggest that info be sent with the waiver info

This was a great experience. They took their time with everyone, they were always checking your equipment to make sure you were safe. This was one thing on our bucket list! How fun to check it off in Hawaii! Great job Everyone for making us feel welcome and ready for a fun time!

This was awesome! The crew treated my kids so good. I had a 14, 11 and 6 year old. They made this experience so much fun for all of them. We all had a great time and even though I was a little scared myself they made me feel as if everything was going to be ok. I would highly recommend this to everyone. The gift shop ladies were amazing too. We ate lunch there after the ziplining and the food was very good. We will be doing this again when we come back to Hawaii again.

Best zip line experience, hands down! I was so nervous going in since it had been almost 6 years since my last one, where they made me brake myself 😳 Our guides, Wes, Skippy, and another gentleman (shorter, heavyset - sorry, I don’t remember his name) were so funny and sweet. Their confidence and humor assuaged my fears. They encouraged me to go upside down, which I eventually did! The only bummer was that the 4th line (apparently the best line) was down for maintenance, so we skipped that one. Guess we’ll have to come back again!

We had a wonderful day with the Zipline excursion. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. We were disappointed about line 4 being closed for maintenance, but we still enjoyed all the other lines. The location was well maintained and set up for corn hole, picnic benches, sitting areas and an outdoor area for having food. Loved every moment!!

The staff was super friendly and very personable! We felt very safe while zip lining. Our time was super cool because we happened to be the only people that booked for 1:00pm when we went so we had a private tour. We cannot wait to come back!

Great experience. Awesome scenery. Helpful, light, reassuring staff. We all had a blast, even me who backed out on our last zipline experience a few years ago. It was fun to be encouraged to try a few tricks! A family with 2 young boys were in our group. The employees on the lines were so good with them - very encouraging and supportive!

It was a fun activity. The operators were efficient and entertaining, and we had a great time. One of the lines was down for maintenance and we were given the option of canceling or accepting a 15% discount. Very fun.

Absolutely beautiful views!! Missed lines 3 and 4 due to maintenance which was a major bummer!! But they did give a refund of part of experience. The other bummer was that there was no interaction other than safety of lines, which is very important, but I enjoy hearing about the vegetation and history of the areas I am visiting. I love to learn from the guides. They were more interested in discussing football with their coworkers.
