    So fun!

This was more than just pigs! We got to feed chickens, ducks, geese, a horse, donkey, cow, sheep, pigs, and even an emu! They have feed there to buy and take cash and electronic forms of payment like Venmo. They also had rabbits we were able to hold, and they had 2 Corgis and 2 Great Pyrenees dogs. The person who showed us around was a teenager named Alex, or Andy (my friend and I disagree on his name), and he was very kind and soft spoken and had no issues answering all our questions - and he offered to take photos and videos for us, which was nice and super helpful! I especially like the emu-eating-in-slow-mo that he captured. They even had fresh eggs to purchase - chicken, duck, AND goose. We bought some duck eggs. The woman who owned the farm came out and talked to us, too, she was also super friendly. They have a couple of tiny houses on the property that they rent for vacation stays as well. This was a fun experience and one that I will definitely remember sharing with my almost-lifelong Austin friend, whom I was visiting from the SF Bay. You're going to a farm to feed and interact with animals, dress accordingly. I was very dusty at the end. They do have a really nice building for bathrooms and hand washing afterwards. We went to a place earlier in the week where I paid $50 for 15 minutes with a capybara, and while a capybara has been my favorite animal for decades, this excursion was way more fun and worth the cost.

It was a very nice tour Jayden was very knowledgeable of the pigs, cows and other animals. The corgis running down the hill did it for me! They are so cute and friendly! Actually all the animals were very friendly. It was a fun experience! Thank y'all!!

    Worth the Visit!

Such a great experience! We saw so many more animals than just the adorable pigs. Grayson greeted us kindly (and with waters which was much appreciated during this June heat in Austin!) and then walked us down to where most of the livestock that we saw were hanging out, all while telling us about the farm. The owners also came down and visited with us for most of our tour and also shared a lot about the animals and how many of them are rescues. highly recommend!

    Hands-on experience with farm animals

We had a great time with the animals at KuneKune Pig farm. Our guide, Jayden, was super friendly and informative about the farm. We got to pet and feed the animals. The place is a small-family working farm so you’ll see the real thing instead of a tourist attraction. Highly recommend!

Michelle and her staff warmly welcomed us to her homestead farm and we were pleasantly surprised that we had a private tour that day. They passionately shared about their animals and we got to pet and feed them. Only thing to know ahead of time is that while there are several adorable Kune Kune pigs, you’ll also meet cows, sheep, and more. Worth a visit!

Two lovely young ladies showed us all around the farm. We got to see not only the pigs but cows, sheep, a miniature pony, ducks and chickens while two Corgis followed along. We got to feed the cows and the sheep and I was so excited to hold a week old lamb. So much fun. They also rent out a couple of tiny houses on the property which I will certainly look into if we return to the Austin area. Loved it. Thank you girls for making it a fun day.
