The owner of the company was our driver. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave a great tour. Even though we are from Austin we saw some places in parts of town we hand never been in. I gave 3 stars because he needed to remodel his bike. The bar across the back killed our backs especially going over the bumps. The seat cushion was not thick enough. It was worn thin and the seats had tears. Spray paint does wonders for metal.

In the end had a very difficult time communicating with the proprietor. Called numerous times and was told that they did not see my reservation on file even though it was here and viator. Requested and was told I would get a cancellation and refund but I'm still waiting on that.

You're communication complaints was with a representative from Viator. When you emailed/called Metrocycle Pedicabs we accommodated every date and time change you made (which was multiple times) and issued a full refund when you decided to cancel the tour with short notice. Viator takes a few days to issue a refund.

Jordan was a great guide and we did this at sunset so had some great pics along the way - we ended at the bridge to watch the bats. I would recommend this for locals too!

We had a great time. Christopher was an amazing guide. He gave us all kinds of info about not just the murals but also the city. He took us to great spots for some of the best pictures. He was knowledgeable and personable. This was a surprisingly great time and the reason was due to Christopher being our guide.

Although weather was threatening it, best things come always surrounded by discouraging things. We risked it and wow it was awesome, we loved it, Jake was savvy and he took us to the very good spots where murals and history joined going above and beyond to catch them all. We had a blast! Highly recommended and the top of our list in memories from Austin!

Anna and her sidekick Suede were absolutely amazing. With Anna growing up and living in Austin she knows all the great places to see as well as activities we should try and do during our stay in Austin. The way she maneuvered through traffic was truly remarkable!!! I told her that she has huge juevos🤣!! I recommend booking a pedicab and requesting Anna and Suede!

This was a great tour! It was super convenient and fun. Our pedicab tour guide showed up on time at our hotel, took pics for us, and gave a bit of history of the art scene in Austin. He knew the best murals to stop at and also stopped along the way when we saw something we wanted to take pics of --- He also paid close attention to safety and our comfort which was lovely. Bonus, the breeze as you ride in the pedicab is a great way to beat the summer heat a little!

On our last day in Austin we booked this last minute tour and it turned out to be the best tour we booked because we got to see so much and our guide Jake was the best. Very knowledgeable, fun, easy going and willing to stop along the route to take our pics. The breeze on the pedicab was a welcome relief from the heat. We saw lakes, different streets, monuments, bridges and a purple sunset. His engaging stories and tips brought the city to life. Highly recommend touring with Jake.
