- The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Service animals allowed
- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For large groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or eight per limousine but only can accept 4 LUGGAGE BAGS.
- Most travelers can participate

Awesome communication. Our driver, Rick, both texted and left voicemail for us as we were arriving in Anchorage. He gave us instructions on where to meet him after we got our luggage, and was where he said he would be when he said he'd be there--no wait time. During the drive to our hotel, he gave us history on the area and pointed out landmarks we may want to visit along the way to our destination. All in all, it was super easy to make the reservation and I was very happy with the service provided. Would definitely use this company again when visiting Anchorage.

Very memorable. I’ll definitely remember to never use Viator ever again. They altered my reservation and when I realized, I called them to rectify the reservation. They said there was nothing they could do now, so I have to cancel and request a refund. The agent then proceeded to “help me” book another reservation with the correct drop off location. She booked it and assured me everything would now be fine moving forward. 5 minutes later, the tour guide for Carmel called and said they couldn’t follow through with the reservation because the information provided was inaccurate again. I called aviator again and explained to them the situation. They assured me again that they were going to amend the reservation and everything would be fine. I landed in Alaska at 11pm and was basically stranded at the airport. I reached out to Carmel, who has great customer service btw, and they explored that the changes were never made. Fed up with the back and forth, I reached out to Viator on 3way so the 2 company could communicate in real time and during the call, the Viator agent basically hung up on both of us. What a terrible experience. Oh, and they fought me on granting me a refund. Never again.

Our driver was amazing! Our luggage was damaged when we arrived the airport and he took us to a nearby Walmart so that we could purchase new luggage and then dropped us off at the hotel. Amazing service!

Car was not there on arrival. Phone number on paperwork was invalid. Finally got hold of someone and he explained they were busy and driver would be late. We had to find her and carry all of our luggage to see that she arrived in a large van which was very difficult for my husband to get in to. This was way too expensive for this experience.
The driver was very nice once we found her.

Our driver Rick, communicated so well with us, giving us specific directions on where to meet when we got off the plane. He greeted us, and not only got us to our destination safely, but took us through downtown to get us to our airbnb giving us a little tour. When we arrived to our airbnb he got out and waited to be sure the door code worked before just leaving us out in the cold. So thoughtful and caring! Highly recommend! Thank you Rick!

Terrible transfer.,I notified Viator of a flight change didn’t get a confirmation but did resv a terse message saying it was noted on the reservation. Upon arrival I had message from driver telling me he met my original flight and searched fir me fir hours., when I called him back on my arrival he informed me he took another fare and that I needed to wait outside for him. The reason I spent the money for this transfer was for a meet and greet which there was none. I’m 75 and had to pull my large suitcases off the baggage thing then load up my bags and shlep them out dude across the street. Upon arrival at my hotel driver took me to farthest point from registration insisted on taking my bags and then was very disappointed because I didn’t tip him. Thus was the wurst airport transfer I’ve experienced and I travel the world.

Terrible service. When I called to confirm the car service was tracking the arrival of my delayed flight, they told me they couldn't find a driver to pick me up at the airport. The person I spoke to suggested I cancel the reservation, so I did. Viator billed me even though I cancelled the pick-up. Don't use this service.

The driver did not show up and did not call until 30 minutes after we were already in a taxi. This is a sham service service with shady practices. Will not use Viator again for airport transfers.

Driver got in touch with me ahead of my arrival (while I was in flight) and requested more money in order to follow with the service.
He said the the headquarters did not charge me correctly and I should pay him directly the difference.
