What are people saying about Philadelphia

Philadelphia Historic Tour Recommended
Kyle was informative, animated, and enthusiastic about history! He actively engaged the group in character roles to enhance the experience along with donning period costume. Our group learned so many things we didn’t know, which is always wonderful and beneficial at the beginning of our stay in Philadelphia. The pace was easily handled, but yet covered a lot of area. The small group size was also appreciated. Only wish was standing a bit more in front of the subject matter in order to hear the information while simultaneously taking pictures. This may have been due to the larger group breaking into two smaller groups for the same tour. Both guides did a nice job of avoiding any crowding of each other so as not to disturb the tour. Thank you, Kyle!

Our guide (Rick) was very knowledgeable, and the food selections included a combination of local mainstays (Pretzels & cheesesteak), along with “off the beaten path” tastings such as the inari and Georgian Dumplings to demonstrate Philly’s diversity. Was also very accommodating for the rainy weather. Would highly recommend.

Our Bachelor Party
Nick was very accommodating for our group and even opened up an opportunity to roast the groom in our bachelor party. None in my party did, granted, but the consideration meant a lot! The drinking games were great too! And Sheila’s game can’t be beat!! She was a great sport, too. Thank you all so much!

Private Tour Feeling in Philly
We took the 4 pm tour on a Friday afternoon. Xavier was our guide. He took us by all the major places of interest and gave an interesting commentary. He gave us some time at a few spots for photos. This is a great way to see the major points of interest and decide if there’s anything you’d like to head back to. Cool way to tour the city!

Philadelphia tours prove that there’s more to the City of Brotherly Love than its role in the American Revolution. With a local expert, you can marvel at the murals and Magic Gardens of South Philly, feast on cheesesteaks and tomato pie in the city’s historic markets, and roam the stately mansions and gardens of Brandywine Valley. Of course, you’ll also want to follow the footsteps of America’s founding fathers and earliest citizens, which you can do on historian-led tours of Independence Hall, Elfreth’s Alley, and the President’s House that predates the White House.
