9 Unique Souvenirs To Bring Home From Las Vegas

If you’ve spent much time poking around Las Vegas gift shops, you’ve probably seen your fair share of Elvis merch, Nevada license plate magnets, and tawdry t-shirts. However, it’s not always obvious just where to buy unique souvenirs in Las Vegas, particularly if you’re hoping to find something really special for yourself or a loved one.
Fortunately, the quest for the perfect Vegas souvenir is not as hard as it may seem. From edible (and drinkable) Vegas-made products to special souvenirs that you can make yourself, here are nine unusual souvenirs to bring home from your next Vegas adventure.
1. Poker chips

Las Vegas memorabilia you can pack in your carry-on.
If you’re in search of an inexpensive, but very Las Vegas, souvenir that won’t weigh you down at the airport, consider picking up some poker chips. Branded chips are available at casinos all around town, from the Wynn Las Vegas to Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. They make a great way to remember which casinos you visited for years to come. Although there are plenty of ways to get around Las Vegas, one particularly easy and convenient way to hit up a lot of casinos in one day is by heading out on a hop-on hop-off bus tour.
Best for: High rollers
Where: Most major Las Vegas casinos
2. A hand-blown glass pendant

The best souvenirs from Las Vegas are the ones you make yourself.
Skip the souvenir shot glasses and instead create your own one-of-a-kind souvenir by signing up for a glassblowing lesson at LeFrancis Glass Blowing Studios. Don some protective goggles and get behind the torch, where you’ll harness your creativity to make a colorful pendant entirely out of glass. You'll also get to make a wine bottle stopper that’s yours to keep (or give as a gift).
Best for: Artsy fashionistas.
Where: LeFrancis Glass Blowing Studios.
3. Cirque du Soleil® merchandise

Stop by a Cirque gift shop for a unique Las Vegas souvenir.
For many travelers, a night at the circus—specifically a Cirque du Soleil show—is a highlight of their Las Vegas visit. If this sounds like you (or if you’re gift-hunting for your theater-loving bestie), a post-performance merch stop at a Cirque gift shop or kiosk is in order. Don’t forget to book your tickets, too, particularly if you want to hit up some of the most popular shows, such as O™ by Cirque du Soleil® at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino and Mystère by Cirque du Soleil at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino.
Best for: Theater nerds
Where: At venues across town
4. Pawn Stars Gear and Collectibles

Las Vegas souvenirs for travelers on a reality TV set.
Just south of downtown Las Vegas sits what may be the most famous store in the city: the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop of reality TV show Pawn Stars fame. Visit on a Las Vegas reality show tour and pick up some collectibles and antiques for yourself or your favorite TV fan back home. There’s also plenty of merch available, from hoodies to funny money. If you’re lucky, you may be able to score a mug autographed by the late Richard B. Harrison (aka the "Old Man"), who founded the store and appeared on many earlier Pawn Stars episodes.
Best for: TV fans
Where: Gold and Silver Pawn Shop
5. Mob Museum Moonshine

Don’t worry, it wasn’t made in a bathtub.
Many of the more unusual souvenirs in Las Vegas can be found under one roof: The Mob Museum in downtown Las Vegas. The gift shop stocks everything from museum-branded Al Capone bobblehead dolls to fake books with matching flasks so that you can hide your alcohol, just like people did during Prohibition. There’s also a speakeasy, where you can buy jars (yes, jars) of the museum’s very own moonshine distilled entirely out of America’s favorite crop: corn! Opt for the Signature flavor and add your favorite mixer, or grab one of the flavored editions, such as Ginger Jake and Huckleberry Hideout.
Best for: Alcohol aficionados and mobster maniacs
Where: The Mob Museum
Insider tip: Avoid lines by booking your admission ticket in advance.
6. Japanese toys

Capture the “kawaii”!
Las Vegas may be a playground for adults, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to find gifts for the kids in your life, too. One of the best places to start is at Kappa Toys, which has branches at AREA15 and the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino. The selection at the AREA15 location leans trippy, with loads of lava lamps a wide selection of luminescent gifts that glow under blacklights. The branch at the Forum Shops has a slightly wider variety, with plenty of Studio Ghibli and Sanrio swag. Hello Kitty!
Best for: Kids … and fans of all things kawaii, or cute
Where: AREA15 the Forum Shops at Caesars
7. Meow Wolf novelty “groceries”

A glass of goat pus, anyone?
One of the coolest aspects of Meow Wolf Las Vegas (Omega Mart)—a weirdly wonderful immersive art installation fashioned after a zany supermarket—is that you can actually buy groceries there (but you’ll need a ticket to shop). Just don’t expect the experience to be quite like what you’re used to at your local grocery store. You won’t find milk, but you will find Vegan Goat Pus (it’s actually lemonade) shelved right next to the Humane Orchards brand of cruelty-free apple juice. Instead of your favorite brand of nighttime pain-relief medicine, you’ll find giant boxes of the Omega Mart alternative: Corn PM.
Best for: Anyone looking for quirky gifts from Las Vegas
Where: Meow Wolf Las Vegas, at AREA15
8. Ethel M Chocolates

Sweet things come in small batches.
If you need a Las Vegas gift idea for the sugar fiend in your life, look no further than Ethel M Chocolates Factory. Founded in the Vegas area by Forrest Mars Sr. (of Mars chocolate fame), this small-batch manufacturer produces Sin City’s favorite sweet treats. They craft a range of delights, from festive boozy chocolates to decadent truffles. They also make a mean pecan brittle, as you can find out for yourself if you visit the factory on a Las Vegas chocolate tour.
Best for: Sweet-toothed travelers
Where: Henderson, Nevada, with additional shops around town, including at the Forum Shops at Caesars and the airport
9. Professional photographs

Las Vegas keepsakes that will last a lifetime.
If you’re looking for a souvenir that won’t end up collecting dust or in a junk drawer, sign up for a professional photo shoot that includes a package of post-shoot edited photos. Don your favorite outfit and head out to be the star of your vacation. Leave it to your photographer to capture you at your best in front of some of the city’s top sights, from the Fountains of the Bellagio to the Fremont Street Experience.
Best for: Families, couples, and influencers
Where: Your choice of scenic spots around town
