When booking your Las Vegas hop-on hop-off bus tour, choose from a 24- or 48-hour pass to cover as much, or as little, ground as you want.
Board the double-decker, open-top bus at one of the stops and hop off at any attraction. Stay for as long as you like, and continue your tour when you're ready to move on. While on board, listen to live guided narration about the highlights and landmarks of Sin City.

The tour itself was great but the description given for getting to Stop #1 (at the MGM Grand) was not clear, even the Uber driver could not find it.

This tour is a must! Great sights, great facts offered about the history of the Vegas strip, and a great time had. Please do NOT let anyone dissuade you from taking this tour. We told two local residents that we were taking this tour, and they tried to convince us that it was a waste of time - that it was boring and too hot to ride on the top deck. Not so! It was well worth it, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. I only wish we had added the night tour.

A must do if this is your first time in Vegas. We did the initial tour, than used the time to see where we wanted to visit and hop off. Drivers very friendly, the app is good to see route and where bus is in relation to your stop. Just be mindful that it lags a bit so don't wait till last minute.

I really enjoyed .We learned the history of the area.We stayed on the bus the whole tour but you have options to get off and tour other areas but you will have to wait on the next bus.The driver had a lot of knowledge about the tour..I will chose this experience again!!

It's half way cover up top..So if you want to sit in the sun..Aren't you have and options..Are just stay at the bottom of the bus...Little pricey $60 a person..The black women bus driver was nice

Busses don't come that frequently so if you get off you have to wait a while for another bus. The Vegas sign has no shade so waiting for a bus is not ideal.

While the tour is good if you stay on the bus, it was not good for hopping on and off. With the 45-minute time length between buses at stops, you either baked in the hot sun with no idea how much longer the wait was going to be or gave up and walked or took a taxi. Both my husband and I tried to download the app and weren’t successful. It was also hard finding the bus stops. We ended up just taking taxis most of the time. We bought the 2-day pass which was not worth it as we had trouble finding the bus stop and when we did had no idea when the bus would be there. So we never used the 2nd day. Also, no shade or seating to wait for the bus either.

We arrived at our stop and were told that the bus would be another 30 minutes. We decided to walk to a different stop and the same thing happened. Then later on around 4 PM, we went back to the original stop and there was no attendant and no bus to be seen anywhere. We waited an additional 30 minutes. We never ended up being able to get on the bus at all, and it was a complete waste of money! Very disappointing!

It was difficult to connect with a live person to find out where the bus stops were. We tried contacting the company but could not connect with anyone. We spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to get on a bus. Once we got on, e writhing was great.

It is not a person talking live on the tour. It is a recording. Some delays happen. We didn’t know what all we could find at each stop.
When we tried to get our tickets the man’s machine didn’t work very well. The waiting area at the Linq needs some shade and seats to wait.

Horrible! I was never told that there was only 1 bus. I called for help to the viator # and recording said to use chat 24-7, left message and No response. I called BigBus app#, left message. Again no response. I called a good# later on BigBus app begging for info on the stops. Took 21minutes. Finally went to nearst stop, waited 1 hour, no bus. My wife had hip surgery, nephew family two children walked too much for them.
I demand complete refund.

We felt it was too expensive- taxi would definitely work out cheaper and less tiring. The staff - drivers were very helpful and polite. Biggest issue was - the bus stops at very few stops which does not help as to reach your destination, you end up walking for very very long distances which can be very tiring. Also, second day the bus was terminated but there was no notice on app. We wasted our half day waiting as we had plans for second day. Highly recommended taxi over this as you can actually reach your destination exactly where you want. And works out a lot cheaper too.

We did the 48 hour ticket. Started our first day at stop 2 @10:15 am. We chose to ride the entire route to get a tour of the area. Took 2 hours. We were on the first route of the day and bus was full on a Saturday morning. Our driver, Deseria was OUTSTANDING! She was a born and raised local and embellished the tour with personal touches. We learned the route does stop when arriving back at the beginning, stop 1. We had to get off bus and get on a different bus to continue tour to stop 2 to complete the entire route. This was not a problem. We did get a new driver and he chose to play the recorded tape for the tour. Our second day, we got on again at stop #2 and road to the Mob Museum. Our driver played the recorded tape and it was educational. We were told the buses came every 40 minutes and this worked out. The employee checking us in at stop #2 provided an opportunity to take a photo of the daily bus stop schedule. This helped alot. I did have to ask to take the photo.
Of note: I lost a sentimental piece of jewelry somewhere in town. I reached out to BigBus to see if they had found it on the bus. Employee, Claudia and her team were VERY responsive with personal phone calls. Sadly they did not locate the item and I may have lost it on the airplane.
Highly recommend the tour and staff of Big Bus LasVegas .

Very informative narrated tour. Headphones are not needed or provided. Be sure to wear sunscreen and a hat if you sit on the outside top deck!! My partner got too much sun on his arms and got a bit sunburned.
