We felt it was too expensive- taxi would definitely work out cheaper and less tiring. The staff - drivers were very helpful and polite. Biggest issue was - the bus stops at very few stops which does not help as to reach your destination, you end up walking for very very long distances which can be very tiring. Also, second day the bus was terminated but there was no notice on app. We wasted our half day waiting as we had plans for second day. Highly recommended taxi over this as you can actually reach your destination exactly where you want. And works out a lot cheaper too.

Great way to see las vegas and get your bearings, takes about an hour to do full route, very informative, can get on and off as many times in 24 hours, we done red hop on off bus in every city we gone to really helps you work out where you want to go and see x

We did the 48 hour ticket. Started our first day at stop 2 @10:15 am. We chose to ride the entire route to get a tour of the area. Took 2 hours. We were on the first route of the day and bus was full on a Saturday morning. Our driver, Deseria was OUTSTANDING! She was a born and raised local and embellished the tour with personal touches. We learned the route does stop when arriving back at the beginning, stop 1. We had to get off bus and get on a different bus to continue tour to stop 2 to complete the entire route. This was not a problem. We did get a new driver and he chose to play the recorded tape for the tour. Our second day, we got on again at stop #2 and road to the Mob Museum. Our driver played the recorded tape and it was educational. We were told the buses came every 40 minutes and this worked out. The employee checking us in at stop #2 provided an opportunity to take a photo of the daily bus stop schedule. This helped alot. I did have to ask to take the photo.
Of note: I lost a sentimental piece of jewelry somewhere in town. I reached out to BigBus to see if they had found it on the bus. Employee, Claudia and her team were VERY responsive with personal phone calls. Sadly they did not locate the item and I may have lost it on the airplane.
Highly recommend the tour and staff of Big Bus LasVegas .

Very informative narrated tour. Headphones are not needed or provided. Be sure to wear sunscreen and a hat if you sit on the outside top deck!! My partner got too much sun on his arms and got a bit sunburned.

This is not worth the money - limited stops and very infrequent- for $8 you can ride the regular bus that stops everywhere and runs every 10 minutes. Big bus was very disappointing.

Don’t do it. We waited by the Big Bus sign for 1 1/2 hrs and no bus came. By the MGM. WHAT A CRAPPY NITE. I Want my money back for 2 people. I can’t recommend this to anyone. You deserve a bad review!! We were there early and stayed late. You have cc number. Reimburse me. Nita Cheatham. 405 615 8912. This was our 71st birthday week and this is how Vegas treat us. If I don’t get reimbursed, expect a bad review!!!

Could not understand the recording or the driver if sitting upstairs….downstairs there was no air conditioning…it was unbearable.
Had to wait over an hour at one stop. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bad experience! Waited over an hour for bus. Website says every 30 minutes. Bus was not air conditioned. Got off after first stop. Trying to get refund and they are making it impossible. Horrible customer service. Stay away!!!

Definitely get on as early as possible if planning to hop off to explore anything. Between the stops and traffic it's over 2 hours to round trip the tour.

Not enough stops there were places we would have liked to get off and there was no stop anywhere near there but besides that it was fine I would only book this if you are using it as a driving tour around the strip

We wanted to walk up and down the strip but seeing how much there was to it, we knew we wouldn’t get it accomplished so that’s why we decided to take the big bus tour and it was exactly what we wanted!

We purchased a 2 day pass thinking we could use it to take us to several destinations in addition to orienting us to the city.. But on dsy 1 it took us hours to do the full trip. The buses only go by every 45 minutes, so if you get off at a stop you may wait up to 45 until it comes by again. Additionally, when we got to a stop by the M&M place, the driver took a lunch break for 30 additional minutes. We were so discouraged, we didn't use the day 2 pass and can't recommend the tour. It honestly felt like a wasted day.

We had to wait an hour and a half for the bus. The sign said the bus should be 30 to 60 minutes apart. Obviously, that was incorrect! Finally, we get on and traveled to other drop off points. After stop 5 or 6, the driver said she'd be stopping for 30 minutes for her to take her lunch break. So again, we had to wait for our stop. We would have gotten off and walked, but our intended stop was too far for us to walk to.
