We loved this! Sofia was wonderful! She was very pleasant to spend 3 hours with. She blended historical, scientific and relevant information in a very captivating manner. The food was unique and excellent and each restaurant was totally different. One of our members is a vegetarian and she took very good care of her. It was very worth the money and the time flew by!

Sophia the tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable about the foods, the culture and the area. The food we tasted were amazing from the pork sandwich to the bean stew everything was excellent.

This was a fantastic foodie experience. There was a trip to the market first, bit of an infomercial but the products were great. We visited 3 restaurants, 2 of which looked like real local hangouts! There were only 8 on the tour so was great with such a small group. Our guide, Joao, was well informed and funny. The food was really really good. I can't say enough about how great this was.

Lovely tour through old parts of Lagos visiting a couple of restaurants run by locals with great choices of local food. Sophia is a great guide not only giving you the background information of the food but also very passionate about the Portuguese culture. Definitely a recommendation.
