Our driver, Danny, was wonderful. He gave us a “driving tour” narrating the highlights we passed between the airport and our hotel on Wakiki Beach. He was extremely courteous and made our arrival in Honolulu ( after many hours of travel) very welcoming and relaxing. Danny helped us totally with our bags (which were many and heavy!). And he sent me a list of recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area… very helpful!

Excellent service from airport to hotel

Stan was our driver, and he did a great job making accommodations for my parents. He met them at the airport with a sign with their names and called them and directed them to him when they were let out at a different gate than expected. He also communicated with me, who set up the transfer with my parents, and let me know when they arrived at the hotel, and everything went well. I'm very pleased with this company and their transportation and would recommend them to anyone.

Truly wonderful! The communication, professionalism, and cleanliness of the van was fabulous. Jason is very responsive and is very easy to work with. Both drivers Gary & Jay were awesome and in contact the day prior to our transport to confirm our arrival and departure. Jay went above and beyond sending us pictures of the van and location he was picking us up at. He also provided pictures with step by step instructions on how to easily traverse the airport to his location. That was extremely helpful and appreciated after a long day of travel. Gary and Jay were both very safe drivers, kind and helpful. My family and I would all like to thank everyone involved in the planning and preparation for our trip helping to make it a wonderful holiday experience. Happy in Paradise

Viator makes it much easier to plan activities in Hawaii as I have never been there before. And my shuttles to and from the airport worked out so well with text from drivers the night before pick up I especially loved the Dole Pineapple plantation tour ! Luau at the Marriott was wonderful. Expensive but worth it.

Awesome!!!

The gentleman text me before we landed. Introduced himself and location. I kept in touch with him. He gave us leis on us, said aloha and welcome, took pictures fir us. Explained where to get a ride to rental car. Very nice, very pleasant, and very welcoming. I was very happy. I should have gotten flower lei, but got the nut ones so we could take them home. I will next time. First time in hawaii or a special occasion, do it!! I know I will again.

Great service!

The service was great! They called to check in when we landed and there was someone to greet us at baggage claim. He escorted us to the van. The van was clean and the driver was very friendly and informative. We will be booking this service back to the airport because we enjoyed it so much.
