Overall excellent. The only downside was all of the high back vans we used didn’t have step stools you could put on the ground to help getting into/out of the vans. As an elderly couple with post surgery knee issues, this detracted from all the positives. Just realize your knees may kill you for a few day.

Fast, convenient, however we felt very rushed. Driver came into the airport at baggage claim and when my wife identified me, I turned and said, “is that Erc and poof he was gone with our carryons, I couldn’t keep up with his pace and did lose sight of him as he exited the airport. I am a very regimented person and had a complete step by step regiment through the airport to the meeting point. Also, was looking forward to a Cadillac Escalade but received the transport in a Suburban. But oh well I guess.

Our driver contacted us a few days before to introduce him self and confirmed our pick up time. The morning of our pickup we received a text message telling us the pickup location at the hotel. He showed up on time and our ride was fast. The driver was nice.
