Great value and view!

This was a great experience! If traveling to the ferry's dock, ask your driver to take you to South Street Dock 16. The ferry is then very easy to walk to and board. Sit on the top, open-air deck of the ferry for the best view of the Statue of Liberty.

Very nice experience

Best observatory deck in NYC, especially the package with the ascent (glass elevator). We did buy the night tickets for the city lights, we did first the top of the rock during the day (not the same day), I think that these two observatory decks are the best combo (we did not try the others so it’s just my opinion).

Great trip even with poor visibility

The weather wasn't great, poor visibility BUT that meant it was less crowded and I was able to ramble my way through the exhibition at my own gentle pace..... lovely helpful staff... the rain came, so I got back inside. Managed to get a fair few photos. A good trip

Beautiful views of the city

Great value as a tour. I’ve taken tours all around the world but never in my backyard. We decided to take this trip with some visitors and it was definitely worth the price. The midtown sunset cruise went all the from midtown Hudson River to midtown East River (to the 59th st Bridge) and then around the Statue of Liberty at sunset. The tour guide was great - just enough information to keep it fun and interesting. It rained a bit on our trip but that didn’t ruin the tour as we could jump inside as needed. But most people stayed outside the majority of the trip. Arrive at least 30 minutes ahead for decent seats.

Fun American Historical Tour

It was an amazing experience and our English speaking Columbia Native Tour guide did a wonderful job informing us of everything that we passed by and was stated on the itinerary. The only complaint I would have is the ride back was a little warm. It was partly my fault because I didn’t ask them to turn on the AC to give us airflow in the bus, but is something I recommend and suggest they always have going on in the heat of the summer nights with a bus full of people. I would definitely recommend this bus tour and company as the tour guides both Spanish and English and the bus driver made the tour easy to understand, gave new historical information and it allowed us to get out of the hustle of NYC for the day to experience rich American culture.

John Bow - Best Tour Guide for NYC

We had John Bow as our tour guide for the 6hr walking tour of NYC, all I can say is great things about John. He was great, very knowledgeable and he even had his own pictures of different places of where we toured!! Although the weather did not cooperate with us that day, John made the best of it for us. He is very up beat and very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend John for this tour!! Hands down the best tour guide we've had.

Good experience for first time visitors to DC

A great excursion to do if you want to see DC with limited time available. You see most of the key landmarks and history from the tour guides is good. Very convenient pickup point at Manhattan. There are opportunities to purchase breakfast, lunch and early dinner if needed. It's a long bus journey to DC so you might want to bring a travel pillow/cushion if you want extra comfort.

Moving experience

Visiting the 9/11 memorial museum is a MUST when visiting NY. It was one of the most powerful, moving experiences of my life. The museum has been completed with such empathy for all the lives lost and affected by the atrocities of that fatal day. We should never be allowed to forget.

Great day, grass tour, great guide!

A great day. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. He gave us time at certain sites to get off the bus to take a closer look and take photos. Offering us to take individual photos of couples , groups etc. the hour stop at Coney Island was fab! There were two stops on the route where people could leave the tour if they wished. H Ed kept s good grip on the numbers to be sure no one was left behind. Even kept us waiting (twice ) for one family who clearly couldn’t tell tgd time!

Spectacular Day at the Falls

It is a long day but worth it. You are able to sleep on the bus trip to the falls and then again on the return trip. We had plenty of time to see and do everything we wanted to do at the falls. Our guide, Arturo, kept everyone moving and organized. We were able to create an awesome memory with our 13 year old grandson. He loved it as much as we did.

Im just back from New york, 22.03.26...Glad we took the two day trip was worth it.. Its a long trip but there is plenty of stops along the way..The driver and our guide was brilliant.. The falls are majestic and so worth seeing..The hotel they put us in was fantastic , breakfast included. They do ask for tips at the end , between 20 and 25 dollars per person..
