A must when visiting New York!

Amazing experience taking in all the sights, really close up to Statue of Liberty! Our trip was 19.00 advised to arrive 30 mins prior to trip time, we where around pier around 17.30 saw a large queue forming presuming it was for a 18.00 excursion but thought if that’s the case all those people won’t be boarded ready for 18.00 departure! I spoke to one of the staff who informed me that this was the queue for the 19.00 excursion and that they board at 18.00 1hr before excursion time!! We therefore had to join this already very long queue! So from our experience our advice would be for you to be at the pier at least an hour and a half before your excursion time!! Oh and depending on time of year make sure you wrap up warm as really cold end of April!

John Bow was an excellent tour guide—informative, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The tour was very well structured, covering all the major NYC sights while still being easy and comfortable to walk. A real highlight was the Staten Island ferry cruise, which offered amazing views and was a great addition to the experience. Overall, a fantastic way to see the city in a day. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Im just back from New york, 22.03.26...Glad we took the two day trip was worth it.. Its a long trip but there is plenty of stops along the way..The driver and our guide was brilliant.. The falls are majestic and so worth seeing..The hotel they put us in was fantastic , breakfast included. They do ask for tips at the end , between 20 and 25 dollars per person..

Getting there was smooth...

Getting there was smooth we were coming off a 2 week cruise. Storing our luggage was great. We spent about 3 1/2 hours wish we had more time . Excellent trip and well worth it. We had David as our tour guide who was fantastic and had a wealth of knowledge. He was giving history from the start of the trip. Coach was nice and comfortable and we had Enrique as the driver who got us there in good time, safely with a stop off once each way. We were not too sure on booking this tour due to the long day, but glad we did. Highly recommend A+

It's well worth the...

It's well worth the experience to see New York at fading day light switching too night time as the city comes alive even more. The area for viewing wasn't over crowded so you could take as many photos as you needed. They also had seating if you wanted to take a little break in between or just to sit and admire the view from inside.

Best tour in NYC

This tour was worth every penny! If you want the opportunity to see the "Real" NYC away from the bright lights and tall buildings, this is the perfect tour. Jorge is an amazing tour guide that provided such a rich experience of getting to know the city. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided such detailed information about not only what is listed on the description of the tour, but so much more. Hands down, the best tour guide I've ever had. Our driver Kevin was very professional, friendly, and navigated us safely throughout the city. Driving safely in NYC takes a special person, but to drive a big tour bus takes an extra layer of special, and Kevin had it. Even though I've done the tour, I would gladly do it again with these guys.

Our tour operator, Ray, and our driver, Joe, we're a terrific duo who really showed our group a great time. We traveled through Manhatten, Harlem, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Dumbo and ended up in Chinatown. Throughout the day we got a great comparison of New York City Burroughs and appreciate what makes New York such a special place; the diversity, food choices, cultural options and entertainment make this city a true playground for both young and old.

Awesome Views

Going during off hours (early afternoon) avoided excessive crowds. Also being in NYC during shoulder seasons minimizes overall city crowds. The history, views, and sharing with family enhanced our experience. I had been outside on WTC years ago and loved the views - this was as (or more) impressive. Only downside was the pop up wine bar was not open (!). I didn't want a beer, I wanted a glass of wine yet unless I ponied up to the restaurant there was none available. Not a showstopper, just an observation. Loved our time and I'll return again in the future.

First time seniors visiting New York City.

It was a fantastic experience. Alexis was wonderful and the weather was perfect. I’m so glad we booked the Best of New York tour. I would highly recommend sitting on the top deck. Bring a jacket and a hat just in case it’s windy!! Many people were under dressed.
