We had an amazing time with our guide Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and a great driver. The sites around Madeira were beautiful! Particularly in Ponta do Sol. The off road part was also amazing fun! We would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Madeira. Great value for money and great fun!

Fantastic day start to finish! If only one day in Madeira, this is the tour to do. Bring bathing suit to swim in the pools. Highly recommend this tour!

Well worth the money, our guide David was informative attentive funny and very professional.
Saw far more of the island than we expected, lunch was delicious again worth the money although we were under the impression it was included in the price but it was only 20euros.

Unfortunately the weather stopped us doing the forest and off roading. But Miguel was amazing we learnt and saw so much about the island. Would love to do it again on a sunny day.

It was great fun. We saw so much of the island and Tony (make sure to request Tony G) was a font of information and funny. It was a great way to explore the north and west of the island.
The lunch stop was especially good. They were very friendly and attentive and the food was superb. Make sure to get the steak on a hot stone.
I will recommend this tour to all of my friends that come to explore Madeira. Worth every penny! And I will be taking their East side tour next visit!
Side note: take a jacket or windbreaker. It can get cold, even in sunny weather.

Great way to see so many beautiful sights and places iall in one day . Lovely friendly driver/guide . Only slight downside was you couldn’t hear what he was saying in the back of the jeep !

This trip is a must - you get to see so much of the island in a day.
We had Diego C as our driver - he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, fun and gave clear timings. He went out his way to give an excellent experience.
We booked a jeep tour to make it more enjoyable and we would definitely recommend.

All the time you just drive around in a car, in one location you spend 10-15 minutes, the longest stop was 40 minutes, it’s not worth the money.

A great way to explore the island and especially with a guide as knowledgeable as Tony.
What a charachter - he had us laughing all the time and he was a very experienced driver who knew even the smallest and most difficult to drive roads.
The places we stopped for a drink and lunch were great - food was was tremendous.
The weather wasn't great but it didn't dampen our spirits - a brilliant trip!

Our guide , Eddie, was very interesting & informative about Madeira, its plants, and places we were visiting that day, also helpful and respectful. He gave detailed outline of the day's plan, and the times to return to the jeep for the next part of the tour. Super trek in the jeep, on Eucalyptus forest tracks, steep roads and on the main roads. Visited everywhere we were keen to see, and gave sufficieng time in each place. Eddie is one fab driver!

Our guide was very friendly and informative. The tour just hit the perfect places that I wanted to see. Fanal forest, Porto Monitz, cabo Girao all were really good.
The only thing is our guide recommended a lunch place in porto monitz that is overpriced. I understand he was promoting local economy. But that was the most expensive lunch. Ouch!!

This was an overall great experience! Even though the weather got a little ugly on the north side of the island, David made it a very enjoyable experience. We got to see a lot of sights and when the weather cooperated back towards the south of the island, he opened up the top of the jeep.

Jacket is important during Nov, the plan is not clear enough from the guide (the driver), the Land Rover car takes 8 people and it is not comfortable.
In the swim areas, there are no change places but you can change for the swim suite on the restroom of any nearest restaurant.

Robert was great, but the tour felt mediocre for the price we paid. Lunch, which is usually included on every other tour we’ve been on, was not included this time. The tour through the forest was scenic but very windy, and the overall experience didn’t feel worth the cost. Technically, you could do this on your own, and for the price, it felt overpriced. Overall, I probably wouldn’t do this tour again.

Lots of fun. We did not have the best weather for the pools and the forest (and for the off road bit), but it was still good fun … and likely a better day in the mist and the wet than other alternatives …

If there is ANYTHING you do in Madeira, it's this tourrrr!!! Specifically Graham... He was absolutely phenomenal and it was such a a blast having him as our tour guide. You go to so many different spots throughout the day and the old jeeps are so cool! We recommend the fish and bananas (I know it sounds weird) and steak on a rock for your optional meal at lunch.

Great experience with Graham, who was a driver with great knowledge of the island. His driving skills were impressive making for a fun day out visiting several sites on the east/north of the island. 4x4 off road was a blast!

Great adventure on and off road in a jeep. Brilliant way to see the western part of Madeira. Varied landscapes from sea to mountain. For those of us who suffer car sickness, dont forget the tablets! It's a full on ride for the day, but we'll worth it 👍
