This is scam, they cancell full paid booking in less than 24 hours!!! No feedback. Nobody don’t pick up the phone. The option to change data - not working in aplication. I don’t advise nobody to have such negativ experience in your vacation

Hey, Olena. Hope you are ok. As I explained to you, I had to cancel due to the restaurants being closed on the 24th of december. They don’t post the definite time that they are openin advance, so there was no way I could have predicted this. I cancelled on the 23rd, the day you responded to my message, not the day of the tour. You immediately received a notification stating that a refund was issued, so it is not a SCAM! Misleading information in a review that hurt small businesses are ilegal by law, so I advise you to reconsider your posting.
