THIS WAS AWEFUL. I might as well have done a google search and driven myself. You couldn't even understand the driver.He drove so fast you couldn't even see anything and his visor was down the road whole time. The most interesting thing we saw was the robots delivering food and I could have walked and seen that. We almost got hit by some homeless guy throwing a bottle at the vehicle. There was so many trees in the way. One time he said oh look at that house it's a gorgeous house but not a celebrity. He has zero energy jokes or personality! Don't take this. I should have believed the reviews. Kid behind me was so excited but was asleep by the end. Super boring a waste of time and money plus the fact that parking was 15.00 not to mention the bus was super old and the viewing was not accessible from the right side almost the entire time. If you do a tour make sure they have a top part of the bus only and at to see everything!

We were told to go the the wrong address. The driver said she just got in from Las Vegas and was really tired. We did not feel save and got off of the van

The tour was fine. I found it very confusing to find my departure point, and then using the restroom prior to the tour was an issue. I found the tour guide wasn’t speaking loud enough and it was hard to understand what he was saying.

I booked this tour on good faith as I’ve previously had good experience with Viatour. We arrived early but had to spend time proving to the tour guide that this was actually on of their tours. After a long wait, we were about to get on the tour bus. We heard one of the staff say they’d been offfered $120 for a couple to join the tour so they were given priority and we were told we had to wait an hour for the next tour. We finally got on the bus after standing on the pavement for an hour. I was worried about safety as the driver had one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding a microphone.
Hard to follow what he was saying as his voice wasn’t being projected. We didn’t see anything of note and I was glad when the tour was over. Felt embarrassed as if booked for myself and colleagues so I didn’t charge them. Even worse A there was a sigh on the bus confirming that a $10 or $20 tip was expected. Avoid wasting your money and time on the tour.

The guide is very informative. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. I felt safe with his driving. The bus was clean and airy. This was my first time in Los Angeles and the tour with this driver made it a special experience.

We were 3 minutes late for our 5:00 PM tour, other tours kept directing us to the wrong location. When we arrived, we were informed they left early at 4:50. We had to wait another hour for another one. We walked around for 50 minutes and were back at 5:50 but the tour head delayed it going out until 6:15 while he looked to add more customers to our van. Johnney was our tour guide and did a great job. The van was in rough shape and needs some attention. Very hilly, take motion sickness meds if you get at all car sick.

Driver was trying to accommodate a guest request for an amended time so they could do a second activity . We felt rushed and his driving through the hills showed it.

I booked the 4 pm tour time. We arrived at 340pm and they made us wait until 430pm! The bus was full, the guy sitting beside reeked of cheap cologne....that ruined the tour for me. Even tho it's an open air bus, the smell was horrible!
The tour started off ok but ended being stuck in traffic...it got boring real fast. Also the driver was constantly on his cell phone! Even while driving at times! That scared me. If I had to do this tour again, I definitely would not!

We had a great tour guide. If you have very little time in LA this is a good way to get to see a lot of the areas. It is just the fence or gates of celeb homes mainly. For us it was freezing cold unexpectedly so dress warmly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see Riris home as others were too cold and wanted to head back. Again, good if you have limited time in LA.

Unfortunately it was very hard for my group to understand the tour guy because of the language barrier. Also we were told that we were going to be able to get out and take pictures and we never did. He was driving so fast we could barely see what ‘celebrities’ houses he were pointing at or talking about. This tour was rushed!!

Hello, thank you for doing the Open Bus Tour. We have drivers from all around the world who speak multiple languages and some have accents, but do their best to give an Interesting and fun Tour. You paid for a regular bus tour with others, but we gave you a private tour during a slow day. We didn't need to give you full tour since we were giving you a private tour to all the locations included plus traffic is slower than usual. We don't have to do the whole 2 hours when we can cover everything in 90 minutes to 120 minutes as described in the Tour information given. I appreciate it and wish you all great travels. This was the strangest tour ever. First when I went to the location and asked if it was the correct place they said no and told me someone would pick us up at the corner at our time. So we waited until our time and the same guy that told me no was the one that came and got us and loaded us in the van. The van had dirt al over it and trash. The van was in very rough shape. We got on the tour and the driver made some pretty off color comments while on the tour with kids on board. They weren’t even fun jokes. They packed the van full and told us to wear mask but they did not enforce it and even the driver didn’t wear a mask. I do not recommend this for kids at all! I would have done one of the bigger tours but they were not open yet. Lesson learned!

Hello Stephanie, you arrived early and I'm the only one with access to the Online Reservations. The ones you talked to are selling tours for other companies. They did not know you were booked ahead. I met you on time at the correct location with an another group that was there too. Everything seemed fine. You did not mention anything to me about your concerns at anytime. I put you on the bus first, and we had others booked as it wasn't a private tour. The Beverly Hills Jacaranda Tree purple flowers from the previous tour is what I was cleaning off the seats before the tour, not trash. We respect and also have children of our own. This is a family friendly tour and we always have fun. Life is better when we laugh. We have masks available to wear, and the driver has one too, but cannot clearly speak and narrate the tour with a mask on at all times. We do not have anyone near him on the bus or sitting next to him as he speaks forward. I appreciate you doing the tour. This was a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. Our guide, Von, was funny and knowledgeable as well as a great driver. The buses/ vans are kind of crummy.... We had to switch out of one into another... But overall, I would do it again and recommend it. I certainly didn't want to drive around and deal with parking etc.
