Easy transfer from airport to boutique hotel, even with flight changes!

Marcos our driver was super friendly and made it so easy! Coming out of the airport after such a long and frustrating flight, the taxi area is pretty chaotic. Lots of drivers everywhere holding signs of names. Marcos had sent us a message and told us exactly where he was standing. We walked to the number post he said and then he walked up to us homing a sign with my name. There’s a little walk up a hill to get to the parked taxis, he helped with our bags and his car was super nice, very comfy and clean and he was friendly. Drove us directly to our boutiques door (not an easy place to access either!) he helped with our bags and made sure we knew where to go. Backstory, our flight to Rome was delayed and then cancelled! We went from arriving on a Wednesday at 3pm to Thursday at 7am, completely missing our ride! I messaged Viator an they made sure the driver met us. They asked me to give him 30euros in cash for the inconvenience. I had no problem with that, but wanted to give you that heads up if plans change, they work with you, but you’ll also pay for it. Regardless, my husband agreed, best money spent! We were so tired, it was wonderful to have an easy transfer ready and waiting!

We used D&D Travelling Sorrento for transfers both ways between Naples train station and our hotel in Sorrento as well as a day touring the Amalfi coast. We were fortunate to have Rosario as our driver all 3 days as he is an excellent driver, professional, on time, kind and interactive. D&D Travelling management had clear communication and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Amazing Service from Port to Hotel

Luca was amazing! His communication and service were of the utmost professionalism. Our family arrived via cruise line and Luca let us know the night before disembarkation when he would arrive. When we got off the ship (earlier than the cruise line told us) Luca was only 10 minutes away. My mother does not move well, and he helped make sure she entered and exited the vehicle safely each time. Never during our journey did we feel unsafe in the van. Luca showed a few points of interest, answered all of our questions, and delivered us to the front of the hotel effortlessly. Definitely would use this car service and ask for Luca again.

The communication was amazing. We were off the cruise ship early and figured we would just wait for our pickup. Our driver texted me that he was already there and ready when we were. Very Accommodating

I messed up the arrival date. They were very nice and rescheduled a driver for us. It did cost an additional amount but I didn’t realize my error until the driver called me to say he was waiting. The additional fee was warranted since it was my error and they had sent a driver. The van was very clean and Francesco was very nice and professional.
