How to find your driver Please arrive at your designated pickup point 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will have a sign with your name on it. To identify yourself, please show your voucher to the driver. Any requests to change the pick-up time must be made to the Supplier or Reservation Agency at least 36 hours before departure. If the supplier accepts the requested modification, it will be under your sole responsibility. Difficulty finding your driver Please contact your supplier immediately for assistance. Do not leave the pick-up point without first contacting your supplier.
