If you had to pick one experience to do while you are in Florence this should be it! If I could give Giulio ten stars I absolutely would! My two grown sons will remember and talk about this for the rest of their lives! We had the best time!! We not only fell in love with Florence but we fell in love with Giulio! The pasta making class was a fun activity for one evening in Florence. Our chef was fun and engaging. Just don’t arrive hungry because it takes 2 1/2 hours to make the pasta and there’s no food available before then.

This was the most fun we have had on an excursion so far! Gulio was an incredible teacher. He was entertaining and enthusiastic which made the pasta making such an amazing experience! At the end you eat the pasta you made which made this incredible experience even better! Words do not express what a great experience this was!

A very bad experience. First they tell us it had to be in the morning and wanting to cancel then they tell us yes in the afternoon. The experience had to be in Italian and it was in English. Food without sauce almost. Hygiene standards were not met for everyone. People with mobile phones and making the dough, loose hair and cameras. Very expensive for a bad glass of wine. No animation. No contests and very long and boring. I wouldn't repeat anymore.
