Top Destin On the Water

We had so much fun on the Bikini Bottom! Everyone was so nice and attentive. They let the kids (and my fiancé 😂) take turns driving the boat, took great pictures of everyone and the sunset, and we even saw dolphins! Family-owned, great people, and 10/10 worth every penny.

Captain John was absolutely amazing! He met us right in front of the restaurant on the dock, making it incredibly easy to find him. On the ride to and from Crab Island, he shared fun facts about Destin and even made sure we had the chance to see dolphins, which was such a special bonus! We booked the 3-hour trip, and it was the perfect amount of time for our family, especially with an infant. We never felt rushed, but it was just the right length for everyone to enjoy themselves. He found the perfect spot to anchor the boat, making us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. We were traveling with young children, and after watching videos and reading reviews beforehand, I wasn’t sure if Crab Island would be family-friendly. Thanks to Captain John’s experience and choice of location, we had an incredible, stress-free day. Captain John went above and beyond to make the trip special for our kids. He kept an eye out for crabs so they could catch some, and that ended up being one of their favorite parts of the day. Seeing how excited they were made the experience even more memorable. He provided floating devices, snorkeling gear, and everything listed in the description. We brought our own ice chest, but he also had one available for guests who needed it. He even let us know he could call the food boats over to us, so we didn’t have to swim or walk to grab lunch or snacks. One of the things we appreciated most was that Captain John took photos for us throughout the trip. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our time together while still leaving with wonderful family memories to look back on. This was easily one of the highlights of our Destin vacation. We’ll definitely be booking with Captain John every time we visit, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly day at Crab Island!

Great family outing! We took our 3 and 10 year old and both had a blast. The boat ride was relaxing and just long enough between snorkeling and shell hunting. We saw dolphins and caught hermit crabs for the hermit crab race which was a huge hit. You can bring your own snacks and drinks. They provide the snorkeling masks and life jackets if needed. Great crew and great fun! Boat has plenty of shade too!

It is money well spent , Mike was our captain and he did a wonderful job, he helped my wife forget about his fear of ocean, spot he picked was extremely easy to walk around , every move we maid, he was there to help, he gave us an amazing amount of information regarding the waters around there , dos and donts sound the waters of the bay, I will go back again and will ask for him .

We had a really fun trip and would definitely go again. The crew was young but very knowledgeable, professional, and focused on keeping everyone safe. The confirmation email stated that children would be fitted for life jackets and would be required to wear company-issued jackets. However, when we arrived, only emergency life vests were available. I recommend bringing your own if your kids need one. The water was very shallow and my 6 year old was able to stand. We had a great time and I would go again.

This was our first crab island experience and we loved it!! Captain Harry took extra good care of us and took us to the perfect spot to explore and have fun. When it started to rain/storm we loaded up and headed back with lots of laughs and so many memories to cherish!! Highly revommemd Captain Harry! Thanks for the adventure!!🦀🌴🩵

We picked the perfect day to go out on the water.. went at high tide. The pontoon boat was clean and the person who set us up was very informative on everything. Only issue was, the radio didn’t work. It would have been nice to have some music while we were on the water. I would recommend this company though for sure, especially for the price. We went to crab island first and then rode and saw lots of dolphins.. then went to a sandbar and found some pretty shells and headed back. Hoping to come back again next summer or sooner.

We had the absolute best time! We had so much fun on the first trip out that we booked the afternoon trip out as well. Me and my boyfriend have told so many people about this experience! The caption and workers were soooo fun and nice, dancing, singing, and many pics! You can bring your cooler, snacks, floats, whatever! We will definitely be going again!
