- Kids Must be at least 6 years old to participate
- 18+ to operate Jet Ski
- Each rider must complete a liability waiver. Please do this prior to arrival.
- All riders MUST be able to swim
- All Operators born after January 1st of 1988 must possess a Florida Boaters Safety Card. This test can be found on the website policies page. Please complete this prior to arrival.
- All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to tour time
- Riders who arrive late and cannot complete check in process and pre ride instructions before tour time will not ride and will not be refunded.
- A $250 refundable deposit will be taken upon arrival on a debit or credit card
- The combined weight of passengers must be less than 350 lb.
- This excursion is for ONE jet ski for up to 2 people. A second jet ski can be booked in a separate reservation.
- Participants must be able to fully understand and follow safety instructions in English without the aid of translation tools
- All drivers must possess a valid drivers license. An ID is not sufficient
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

Terrible experience. We should not have gone out in rough waters. Didn’t even get to the dolphin area. Spent entire time waiting on a person who couldn’t do it.

Took our $140 for the tour and then $250 security deposit before informing us that our teens were too young to ride.

Thank you for your feedback. For safety and insurance reasons, all jet ski operators must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. This requirement is clearly stated in multiple places throughout our listing prior to booking.
Unfortunately, the participant in your reservation was 17 and did not meet this requirement, so we were unable to allow them to operate a jet ski.
We did offer a solution at the time—anyone in your group who met the age requirement was welcome to drive with the 17-year-old as a passenger—but that option was declined.
We also want to clarify that while a deposit was initially placed, it was immediately released as soon as the age issue was identified.
We understand this was frustrating, but these policies are in place to ensure safety on the water and must be followed without exception.

The trip is well worth the money and time. From seeing the dolphins, to the ride on the jetski. The tour guide was awesome, from giving instructions to finding the beautiful dolphins.

Not for beginners, very rough water — guide did not keep the group together well. He was very friendly but as the oldest and least experienced we had difficulty staying with the group ( only 4 of us in the group, 2 experienced but even they noted how rough the water was)

Water conditions can change quickly, and unfortunately, rough water is something that is completely out of our control. We always do our best to adjust and accommodate all skill levels, but on certain days, conditions can be more challenging than expected.
Our guides work to keep groups together, but safety and spacing on the water can sometimes require riders to spread out, especially in rougher conditions.
We truly appreciate your perspective and will continue working to provide the best experience possible for all guests, regardless of experience level.

Beginner friendly took us a minute to get the hang of it however our instructor was very educational and made us feel safe during our travel to shell island. 100/10 recommend, definitely worth every penny.

It was amazing went with my girlfriend for our baecation and we had so much fun. Got to see a couple dolphins jumping out the water and it was just an amazing sight all around, the tour guide was fantastic and very friendly. I highly recommend to anyone even if you never rode a jet ski before!

We had the BEST experience with AAA Jet Ski Rentals in Panama City Beach! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and super professional.
Micah was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, chill, and extremely helpful the entire time. He made us feel comfortable right away, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were confident before heading out. What we really appreciated was how he let us explore and enjoy the ride while still being attentive and making sure we were safe.
My wife and I had such an incredible time out on the water — it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The jet ski ran perfectly, the views were beautiful, and the whole experience felt stress-free and exciting at the same time.
Huge shoutout to Micah for making it extra special. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Panama City Beach!

This was awesome! Definitely got my moneys worth and my son was in awh with the dolphins we got to swim switch and ride along with! The amount you spend for a 30 min ride on the beach…you get two people on one ski and triple the time! It was great!!!

Spectacular adventure! Even if you have never driven a jet ski, this is something you don't want to miss. After a few tips on handling the jet ski and a few safety rules, we were off on an adventure you won't forget. The guide(owner) was outstanding. Very thorough and very patient with new drivers. Spotted dolphins we would have missed, found stingrays under the water, and was very knowledgeable about the area. After guiding us for about an hour, he gave us time to wander freely to tour the watereways and spot more sea life! Was born and raised in Florida, and can't think of many adventures in the ocean that topped this! Don't miss it. We'll be back!
