- A damage protection fee of $69 per boat OR a refundable damage deposit hold of $600 per boat is required at check-in. The deposit hold is released within 24 hours if there is no damage.

This experience was amazing. We only did four hours but wish we had done a full day. Definitley recommend getting the lily pad. The staff is fantastic and so nice. Which always makes the experience better.

We had an amazing time despite the cloudy weather. The check in process was fast and everyone was very friendly. The boat was well kept and fit all 12 of us without issues. We would definitely rent again! 🩷

Great experience. I would caution everyone to make sure waivers and licenses are completed prior to arrival or this may delay your start time. It can get crowded so getting in and out is important. The staff were pretty friendly. We had no issues with the boat and had a great time at Crab Island.

Wonderful staff! Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I was a first time boater and they guided me step by step. We had a blast! 10/10 I highly recommend!

We have rented boats before through another vendor and we swore we would never go back. It was because this vendor had such great ratings and reviews we agreed to try a new company. I am so glad we did! From the very beginning with all of the confirmation info to the check-in process to the dock, was phenomenal! While Sam was checking us in, she noticed the throttle was stalling, so she immediately said. I’m not sending you all out in this! I felt 100% comfortable knowing she had our back? Great company! We will be back!

The service was good but more expensive than others which was fine with if the quality was better. I called the day before to confirm reservation details and they were apparently slammed and I waited on hold for 40 minutes before I called on another line and eventually got help. We rented two boats for our group of 20 people and one of the boats was nice while ours was pretty rough. Seats were ripping, metal
Bent to where the door wouldn’t close on the front of the pontoon and the engine sounded like it was having some problems. It was also very slow compared to the other pontoon. Overall, we still had a good day but the boat definitely needed some attention.

Hey Rob, the 40 minute hold and the rough boat are both on us, not you, and we're sorry. That's not the kind of operation we run. We pull boats off the dock when seats are ripping and gates don't latch, so something slipped through our pre-rental check that shouldn't have. We're going to figure out what happened to that pontoon and to our phone coverage that day. Glad y'all still got a good day on the water despite it. Please email owner@destinywateradventures.com so we can make this right and hook you up next time, especially since you ran a group of 20, that's a lot of trust we don't want to lose.

It was an amazing experience. We got there kind of late so we went to a different island near the dock and it was beautiful! No shells unfortunately but that was no biggie. Boat was clean and very nice. Speakers sounded great. Kids had a blast.

The pontoon rental experience was okay overall, and the boat itself was nice. However, compared to other rental companies I’ve used, the customer service felt less welcoming and not very informative. A little more friendliness and communication about the rental process and boat features would have made the experience much better. Still enjoyed the time on the water, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Make sure you check on the weather and the temps! We rented a pontoon had our own driver/captain. Went to crab island it was nice seeing a few dolphins and able to go where we wanted and leave whenever. But the water was cold and on our way back it was so cloudy so made the trip a little cold and then it started
To rain on us the way back to dock the pontoon. But we still had a good time spending it with family!

Self guided trip- Rented a pontoon boat to go to crab island, rental was for 8 hrs. It was great the staff was helpful and informative on direction, restaurant that were accessible along the way. Best price in town.

Great experience from start to finish. Efficient operation. Both Ethan and the young lady (Yankees fan) were professional, courteous and informative. Reviewed all safety and protocols prior to taking boat out. They were right there upon return. This is the 2nd year we've used and will continue anytime we go back to the Emerald Coast.

We had a great day. The boat was had a few issues that we brought to the attention of the rental company so hopefully they can resolve them for the next renters. Crab island was fun, we were able to drive around and saw tons of dolphins. If you are in Destin I would definitely recommend checking it out

Very easy and convenient check in experience. Also gave some info on other things to do if we weren’t vibing with crab island or if we wanted to see other options. We had a quick trip to crab island everything went great and when it was time to return the pontoon the deck hands made it easy for us also if you book with them you get a lifetime 20% discount after the first rental. Definitely worth it

We had an unusual experience because it was cold and windy the day we went out. We still enjoyed the pontoon ride and sites we saw, but didn't make it to crab island due to the waves. If it were a nice day, I know we would have enjoyed the island too!

If you want a nice like new pontoon - rent here. If you’re just going to crab island it takes 25 minutes in the boat ride each way cuz Destiny is not in Destin, it’s in FWB.
So give yourself enough time to do it all and the place and their boats are deluxe! Great instructions.
