Had a wonderful time. Captain was very informative of the landmarks and various spots. The crew was super friendly and helpful. Saw and was able to get awesome photos of the dolphins. The sunset from the boat was spectacular.

Captain was very knowledgeable of area. They communicated with other boats while looking for dolphins. No sunset due to being cloudy. Grandkids enjoyed.

The boat travels around the bay and then depending on the weather will go outside of the bay and on the east and west side.The crew does their best to make sure that the passengers get a chance to see dolphins...

The experience was exceptional. This is my very first trip to a beach and seeing the dolphins was an event me and my partner chose to do with the kids to be out on a boat and enjoy the scenery and nature's time. Meeting different travelers and boaters was great too. However seeing dolphins in person took the adventure to a whole new level. The staff we're very knowledgeable and welcoming.

This was the best experience. I went with 8 friends and we saw lots of dolphins. We took great videos because we videos close to where the dolphins were. I will be using them again next year.

It was a wonderful evening with great weather. We got to see a beautiful sunset and lots of dolphins swimming around. Captain Stone was great and staff Athena and Sameena were great as well! Definitely recommend!

It was our anniversary and it was a beautiful view. The only issue was the purposeful rocking and side to side motion and up and down.

It wasn’t so much a cruise, but an idling in the water. Yes, dolphins were seen. But thought there would also be more of a sunset cruise viibe. There was no guide experience with facts, etc.
The staff encouraged feeding the gulls by throwing Doritos, chips (purchased on the boat) to the birds. We were sitting on the top deck so we were directly under the many birds. Not enjoyable to say the least. I was told by the staff that we would at least cruise over near crab island, but that was not to be. Our group included my husband and our adult aged daughter. Disappointing experience. I chose this excursion because we’ve had positive experiences with Viator in the past.

I booked the sunset tour with Dolphy Tours expecting a 90-minute experience focused on dolphin watching, especially since my kids were really excited about it. Unfortunately, the way the tour was structured made it disappointing.
The first 60 minutes felt like a complete waste of time. Instead of heading out to see dolphins, we were taken through the backwaters while the guide pointed out various restaurants and seafood spots. This might appeal to some adults, but it’s honestly not engaging for kids. The main reason we booked this tour was for dolphin sightings, not a rundown of local dining options.
By the time we finally reached the area where dolphins could be seen, the kids had already lost interest. They were tired and frustrated after waiting so long. Initially, there were barely any dolphins visible, which made things worse. Only in the last 10 minutes did we actually get to see a good number of dolphins—and that part was great—but by then the excitement was already gone.
I strongly feel the tour should be structured differently. From a customer experience perspective, especially for families, it would make much more sense to prioritize dolphin sightings first. Once people have had that highlight experience and are relaxed and satisfied, the guide can then take time to showcase local attractions and restaurants for those who are interested.
Overall, the ending was enjoyable, but the buildup took away from what should have been the main highlight. This is something I hope they reconsider to improve the experience for future guests.

It was amazing!! We got to actually see sharks as well and lots of dolphins!! We went out toward the ocean and the dolphins were playing in the waves!! It was all around awesome! I would definitely recommend to others to go on this boat for dolphins sight seeing!!

It was wonderful! We saw lots of dolphins! We even saw sharks! The perfect amount of time. There are bathrooms on board if you have children with. Very clean boat! Captain was knowledgeable and friendly!

We went on the 6pm dolphin cruise and were able to enjoy the sunset as well as see many of the dolphins.

The experience wasn't awful but it wasn't good. The boat was fine. Didn't really see too many dolphins. They allowed other guests to play music on their jbl.. and it was super inappropriate for kids. The female employee was talking about dolphins sex which also was inappropriate. It just could have been better.
