We had the absolute best experience with the boat and crab island. Our boat instructor was extremely knowledgeable gave us all the tips and tricks to watch for that made the trip very smooth with 3 very small children. Fun was had by all and the view was gorgeous!

They were great. Our reservation was at 9am. I was waiting for family members that didn't arrive till 9:30 am. They accomadated us and gave us 30 extra minutes on the boat rental. I would highly recommend this company. Nick was great.

We had the best experience renting a pontoon boat for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids)! From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. The boat was clean, spacious, and super comfortable—even with all 12 of us on board, we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ride. Crab Island was a fun spot to hang for a few hours, the kids had a blast swimming and playing on the lily pad. The adults loved the atmosphere and the convenience of anchoring right in the heart of the fun. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were set up with everything we needed before heading out. It truly was a stress-free and unforgettable experience for the whole family. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect day on the water with a large group; this was a highlight of our trip, and we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in town.

The boat charter dock crew we're very friendly and helpful with the operations of the boat. Unfortunately the office staff didn't inform us of the insurance for the boat until the day of departure. We had a party of 30 quest. We rented three pontoon boats. It was a fantastic day on crab Island.

Horrible equipment had to return boat and get a new one because boat wouldn’t run. It was only up to 8 mph and could have caused us to get hurt with all the other boats. It wouldn’t go fast enough to get us out of the way of other boats. Still have not gotten my 200 dollar deposit back from 2 days ago.

This is a very basic boat, there are other pontoons with tables in the middle and better equipped. When you’re spending 8 hours on the pontoon, you clearly will have to eat and trying to prepare food on benches is not convenient. It did not have a lot of power, most of the other pontoons were flying by us.

This place was wonderful to deal with! The boats were clean. Beachboys and the front desk girl were friendly and informative. We will definitely give them our business again. There was nothing fancy about the boats but they did the job and got us to crab island and around the bay. That was all we needed. I liked the price the best!
