- *Minors (17 and under) must have the waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. *Children must be at least 6 years old AND weigh 50 lbs to parasail. *Children must be at least 3 years old AND weigh 30 lbs to ride on the boat. *Pregnant women are NOT permitted on board for safety reasons. *No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed to be consumed prior to or during the trip

The two gentlemen were so friendly and helpful. They created a great atmosphere with music and conversation. People pleasing by putting newbies at ease to calm nerves. At the end of the adventure, they gave great recommendations of local food places. I would definitely recommend and would love the experience again! Thank you to Caleb and his partner!

A little bit of a glitch in the beginning with the parachute but they fixed the problem. Very peaceful and serene when you are finally at the highest point in the air. Truly an amazing experience. 9/18/26

Take a towel and water. You can choose to have them dip you into the water or not.
It was a blast! Great playlist and staff-don’t forget to tip them.
Really so much fun-we would do it again!

I was very disappointed I had no signal and did not know I had to arrive 45 earlier.
We arrived at 11:15 my appointment was at 11:30
But due to the lady attending other clients did not notice us. We lost our reservation and she refused to give us a refund or reschedule
When I booked this adventure I wanted to make sure that u could do my sailing alone I was told I could by Viator rep but that wasn’t the case unfortunately . I still tipped the gentleman simply because they work hard and got us back safely.
The crew was amazing and kind. You could tell they were very experienced and enjoyed taking everyone out and just talking to us. I will definitely be doing this one again!

This experience was AWESOME! It didn’t cure me of my fear of heights but I had a great time and would definitely do it again! Wonderful crew (Caleb and Joel) highly recommend. So much fun!

The experience was fun, scary and exciting all at the same time! Lol The captain played a good a mix of music too for everyone to enjoy.

We had an absolute blast! The Captain was incredibly responsible when it came to safety. At 6'1" and 250 lbs, he expertly determined based on the wind conditions that I should parasail solo to ensure a safe and smooth ride. The first mate was also fantastic—very attentive to setting up and rigging each group of three safely. On top of that, they managed the boat's energy perfectly and took great photos of everyone's adventure. They even went above and beyond by sharing their local knowledge about dining and things to do in the area. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The experience was more fun than I anticipated. It was very peaceful when you’re floating high in the sky. Our captain Caleb and Jay were both very nice and handled the boat with ease and made everyone on the boat feel comfortable. We all enjoyed the experience and walked away with very fond memories! Definitely 10/10!

We had an incredible experience parasailing in Destin, Florida! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and safety was obviously a top priority.
The entire experience was smooth, exciting, and unforgettable. The views from up in the air were absolutely breathtaking, and the crew made the ride both fun and relaxing. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really set them apart.

My boyfriend and I had a blast on this excursion. The Captain Morgan and his staff were great!!! They gave us floats to float on, and knew which cooler was ours and would hand us our drinks from the boat to us in the water. Music was great!! All the food you could buy on the water was amazing! Chic Fil A, sushi, pizza, wings… the list goes on and on! 10/10!! Book it!!
The boys had a blast!!! The front desk was a little rude upon arrival. But I understand we all have bad days.

Best experience of my life love the captain and the guy doing the ride little blonde guy. They were both awesome had such a great time. This was the best ride on our vacation. Everybody should try.

Horrible! Very Rude! I was running late 10 mins late because I drop my phone in the water at crab island & went to get another 1 so I had no way of calling them to communicate. I got there only 10 minutes late & she wouldn't even put me on the next excursion and wouldn't give me a refund & was very rude and unprofessional! I even explained what had happened & it was my birthday! I would GIVE THEM 0 STARS OF I COULD!
Our event was cancelled due to weather. Iamnow waiting on my refund. Disappointed at how long it’s taking to get my money back.

It was a great experience for everyone. We took 4 kids and 2 of them were very nervous. The staff was excellent! Explained what would happen as how it would feel enough so the didn’t with no tears….and everyone had so much fun. Got the full dip it was totally worth it!

There was issues with booking day and time. Something went wrong in the system. We asked they change the date so we could still have the experience. They refused even though this wasn’t our fault. Viator forced them to refund us. She even called after being extremely rude and told me she was forced to refund us and would like to us to repay and still go. We went to another company!

This is not all true. You booked on the wrong day. As a result, that trip was short your tickets, which is how our crew makes their money, and holding places the another customer could have had. As a courtesy, we requested Viator to refund.
Timely pick up and helpful in explaining what to expect and professional at all times but most of all fun!
