Undisclosed charges

We chose this sunset cruise bc it was supposed to provide 2 free drinks per persons. The bartender said no. I paid 32.00 for drinks. I was charged an additional 10.44 on top of fee for cruise because the was an undisclosed third party. I want refund of 42.44. Beware of undisclosed charges.

When asked where you saw that information, you were unable to provide an answer. The additional charge you mention is a Viator booking fee, which is standard when purchasing through a third-party platform and is not controlled by us. Your request for a refund will not be granted, as none of the issues you raised were the result of misleading information or any failure on our part. Thank you for cruising with us.
