We had a fantastic canal cruise in Amsterdam on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. It was one of the highlights of our trip and definitely one of the best experiences we had in Amsterdam. Our lady captain was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, professional and cool. She had a beautiful English accent and gave us lots of interesting information about Amsterdam’s history, as well as recent events and interesting places and venues around the city. We really enjoyed every minute of the cruise and would definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends. Instead of a dry, robotic headset recording, she shared fascinating stories, pointed out hidden architectural details on the 17th-century canal houses, and joked with everyone on board.The boat itself was super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a must do! My first day in Amsterdam and I got to see so much of the city from the canals and learned so much. Our captain Lan was fantastic. There were unlimited drinks and snacks and a lot of laughs. I did this solo and met new friends too! Highly recommend if you’re in town Great way to see the city.

Very nice tour, could use a bit more historical facts

Great tour, great guide. Simple yet nice explanations. Could be nice to add some more historical knowledge and facts to the ride, some places tend to leave you wondering and some questions remain unanswered but apart from that the experience was mostly perfect with comfortable seats, good duration and correct pricing. Absolutely would recommend, whether you're traveling alone, with friends or loved ones. A very pleasant way to discover the city.

Wonderful way to see Amsterdam from the canal view!

We had a wonderful relaxing time on the canal tour. Our guide was so patient and fun to chat with, she also shared lots of fun facts about Amsterdam. The weather was questionable so our tour was a very small group but that made it all the better and the beautiful pink sunset was the best way to end the evening! The checkin and pickup location was excellent. We also enjoyed the unlimited drinks along with umbrellas and blankets (and a toilet) if needed.

Great & Knowledgeable tour!

We had such a great time on this tour! We were visiting from New York and we felt like we got a great sense of the history of the center city and its structure from this tour! Our guide Seline was so fun and knowledgeable and very polite and took care of everyone that wanted drinks on board! I would recommend doing this to others and would even do it again myself!
