Great way to see so much of the city and a very affordable option. Our original cruise was cancelled due to the rain but they were quick to accommodate us on which tour we rescheduled.

We waited at the dock over an hour for the last boat at 6:45. We asked if we could go earlier on a boat with open seats but we’re told no. At 7:00, with no boat in sight, we asked again what was happening to be told oh, that time is cancelled. We were allowed on the last boat which was not the canal boat we wanted. Will never go again.

The only way to cruise Amsterdam. Very knowledgeable guide with a boat which could navigate the narrowest of channels and see sights you would not normally see. Highly recommended

Nice boat ride but not a lot of information. Also the boat was very crowded and we could not sit together. A couple of passengers had to sit in the bow and the shortest person in our group could not see over them.

We took the 8:15 cruise and I'm glad we did. It was nice with out the glare of a high sun. I like this over the closed in cruises so that you can get that full 360 degree view without any obstructions.

The was a good trip especially as it was a smaller boat and could go down some of the smaller canals. We were lucky that the weather was nice too. The group was a mixture of English speaking and Dutch - the guide did speak mostly in English as advertised on the trip and only spoke in Dutch is specifically asked a question by Dutch visitor.

We enjoyed our tour of the canals in Amsterdam very much, especially because the small, open boat we had chosen allowed us to see everything so easily. However our guide, who was soft spoken, did not use a microphone so it was difficult to hear what he was saying.
