A:This tour utilizes different boats. Some have restrooms and others do not. There is unfortunately no way to guarantee a restroom onboard. It is highly recommended to use the restroom before boarding.

The canal cruise was both relaxing and informative, with beautiful views of Amsterdam lit up at night. The live guide shared interesting facts and stories, making the tour engaging and memorable. The high temperature was lightened by refreshing cold drinks, and the staff thoughtfully offered umbrellas for extra comfort. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the onboard bar added a nice touch to enjoy the ride even more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Boat has a canape so no need for umbrella. Open at back so in winter wear a jacket. Lovely cruise loads of cheese & can purchase a drink on board. Roger our tour guide was very amicable & made it fun too.

Well a bit disappointing sunset cruise. Went with my wife for what was supposed to be a romantic sunset cruise. Was not that. Passengers vaping and high on marijuana, others singing and paying no attention to the poor guides who unfortunately had only been on the job a few weeks. The previous departure at 8:00 pm was overbooked and it made our 8:15 departure a bit confusing. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I don't think the canal tour company put us on the correct canal tour. I signed up for a small group tour and ended up with a large boat with at least 30 other people who had signed up for a wine and cheese tour. They were all given arm bands and told they could partake in the wine and cheese and were were told we could partake if we paid. Not what I expected! The places this boat went by were not the places on the itinerary I signed up for. The crew were all very nice and assisted us on an off the boat. One crew member assisted us up the steps at the pier after the cruise.

We had such a great time on this tour! We were visiting from New York and we felt like we got a great sense of the history of the center city and its structure from this tour! Our guide Seline was so fun and knowledgeable and very polite and took care of everyone that wanted drinks on board! I would recommend doing this to others and would even do it again myself!

Guide tried to entertain but failed to provide any meaningful info about the history of canal system, how it was built and how it worked. I brought young family members expecting they would marvel at it all. Bummer!

It was a fun way to see Amsterdam but you couldn’t hear the man in the front talking and the other boats that weren’t inclosed seemed to be a better fit for clearer views of the sights!

I can’t give the cruise an honest review. We showed up at 8:00 on the dot when the cruise was scheduled to start and the boats had already taken off. Additionally, when I booked the cruise, the picture was of a closed boat and the boats that were sailing off were not closed and it was pouring rain. This is now the 3rd tour we booked with Viator on this European trip that has been a disappointment. I would recommend just paying for cruise or really any other activity when you get to Amsterdam through a local company when you’re here and not through Viator, we have wasted so much money through them. 0/10, I would not recommend and would use anything else. I’m sure this review won’t be posted, their customer service is non-existent and doesn’t care about the actual customers.

It was a closed boat making it very hard to see anything except what was just outside the window on one side.. Very little historixal points or information, and no sunset as it was too early - it's still called a sunset cruise. Didn't really appreciate the facts shared, weird choice og route. Not an environmentally friendly vessel. Wish I'd gone with another provider with an open boat.

Tour was supposed to be for 1 hour but ended in 45 mins. They started late at 8:15 instead of 8 pm and ended at 9 pm.

This was an excellent cruise with our Norwegian pilot, unfortunately with all the loud music on the streets, I couldn't hear his name. Kings Day is a crazy celebration but we had a unique front row seat to the celebration. The cruise takes you thru many of the narrow canals of Amsterdam and past old churches, beautiful homes and interesting architecture. I highly recommend this tour!

It was a fantastic way to get a feel for Amsterdam. The tour guides were wonderful. Be careful what location you pick, as the directions are confusing. It’s hard to find proof that it’s Flagship and the directions say you can get on at any of there locations but that’s not correct.

It is informative but not as explained in advertisement. Advertisement said that we would see the Basilica and cruise by the red light district. This did not happen.

When I booked, it specifically mentioned no alcohol. Most of the other passengers must have booked unlimited alcohol, and the drinks flowed quickly, the other passengers got louder and louder as drinking progressed, and the guides catered more to the party atmosphere rather than ongoing commentary like one would expect from a tour guide.

Our cruise was at 8:15pm, the boat company changed location so we had to go to another place.
On top of that, they kept adding people to the boat who did not have reservations thus delaying the take off time. The skipper did not start the cruise ride till 9:150m, and it delayed every thing.

An excellent evening cruise with the skipper, Michael, and Natalia, who was a great hostess.
Great nightime photo opportunities around the city including the 7 bridges.
Managed a few Heinekens on the trip.
The vessel had a W.C. which was very handy.
Highly recommended.
