Board an electric luxury boat and set out for a tour of Amsterdam's canals. See many of the city's best-known neighborhoods and attractions as you cruise through town.
Listen to live commentary from your guide as you pass through the Jordaan neighborhood and along the Prinsengracht. Pass by the Anne Frank House and her statue out front before continuing to the Spiegelgracht for views of the massive Rijksmuseum. Continue your journey, passing by Leidseplein and the Bloemenmarkt—a floating flower market—and the Bridge of 15 Bridges, where you can see (and photograph) 15 bridges at once, returning to your departure point at the end of your roughly 1-hour tour.

We arrived without tickets, but fortunately were still able to board last minute—just before departure—and purchase them at the dock. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Once on board, two excellent guides led a pleasant canal cruise through Amsterdam, sharing interesting and engaging stories about life on and around the canals. We also enjoyed a selection of cold beers and other drinks on board. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend.

We paid for the unlimited drinks and bites option. There were no bites offered or even mentioned. Drinks were as advertised, but we could have paid per drink (some did this) and probably come out ahead. There was little narrative and often we cruised silently past interesting buildings. Sometimes the guide would say regarding a question, “I’ll get to that later” but never did. We sat too low in the boat to see over the flowers so had to stand for a good view. It was a nice smooth boat ride with a bit of history but not worth the money.

It was good and I appreciated the value of the tour itself, but it’s not at all what we expected signed up for or paid for we signed up for the Canal tour, leaving the museum area and from the pictures I thought we were getting this beautiful flowery boat and we booked the package that was explicitly stated it was no drinks or snacks, but when we got to the place where we were supposed to be the meeting point at the time we’re supposed to be there a boat branded as a Heineken boat showed up and apparently that was the boat we’re supposed to be getting on so we did and so it ended up being not a pretty boat at all. It was branded with Heineken and had no flowers or pretty pillows or anything like that and everyone got a free drink on board which like was nice but it wasn’t what I wanted if that’s what I wanted I would’ve purchased that. But our driver and tour guide were nice. It was great information. Good views I think a Canal tour in Amsterdam is essential, but if you want the beautiful flower one, I think you have to book it out of the Canal right by Amsterdam Central station because that’s where I saw the boat looked like that.

Chaotic experience as our tour was cancelled shortly before AND we were left at the harbour for the second tour we were promised instead.
HOWEVER, one tour guide felt bad for us and gave an extra tour after his shift had ended, on the 05. june. 2026, so he personally deserves a 5/5 credit.
We fully understand that things get cancelled; it was just really poorly handled by everyone except this guy.

This is a great way to start a trip in Amsterdam. Our guides were fantastic and we got to see different parts of the city and learn some basic and fun facts about Amsterdam. They serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, plus a little snack.

The day before our trip, we received a message asking if we would be willing to join another tour group due to availability. We agreed and arrived at an earlier time.
When we arrived, there were crowds gathered in the harbour and no clear signage or direction from staff. After using our initiative and speaking to the guides, they gave us coloured wristbands and asked us to stand in the queue. There were a number of frustrated guests waiting who were not impressed that we were queuing ahead of them despite their later times. Finally it came time to board, and we were filed onto two overcrowded boats, one with flowers as advertised, one with none. There was also another covered boat with food laid out. I found this strange, as we had purchased the 'unlimited drinks and light bites' option, but there appeared to be no light bites on our vessel. When I checked the skipper said, yes, this is the one with light bites, so we boarded.
We were crammed in with little space between us and waited for a good ten minutes for our guide. The boat was comfortable with umbrellas provided to keep all elements at bay, but we had very little room to pass. In the middle was a collection of blue cool boxes that held wine, beer or soft drinks - not really the aesthetic that was advertised.
Our host, Isis, and skipper arrived shortly after and honestly, couldn't fault Isis' hosting skills. She was knowledgeable about the city and its history, had a great sense of humour and answered any questions. Throughout the trip she topped up drinks and we genuinely had a good tour, although it seemed slightly shorter than advertised and at one point another tour boat lightly rear-ended our skipper as a 'joke'.
Unfortunately, no light bites ever emerged, so we felt the advertisement felt short of our expectations. I have seen since that many of the reviews mention this.
It was also difficult not to notice what appeared to be a lack of support for the skipper. After returning to the dock, we remained waiting to be moored for several minutes before a member of staff from another company stepped in to help, visibly frustrated that nobody from the team had assisted her. Combined with another company's boat intentionally bumping ours during the tour, it left me questioning the professionalism and respect shown towards her. This all added to the generally disorganised vibe of the company.
Overall, the tour itself was good, but the experience fell short of expectations and the tour description.

David and Simon were amazing!!! 10/10 hosts. The title of the cruise we booked was “Unlimited Drinks and Bites” they were no bites, so we ended up drinking on an empty stomach.

Lovely boat ride, a little packed, luckily sat at front of boat where it was a little more spacious. Booked for drinks and nibbles….no nibbles served.

The cruise itself is nice the boats are beautiful however they pack you in like sardines if you book a busy time. I was pushed into the corner and was falling off my seat the entire hour.

It was ok. They switched boats bc oversold so boat was not as pictured. Was hard to see or take pictures as it was enclosed. Food was a small box of crackers. Was fine just not as expected based on pics and descriptions

It was pouring rain buckets and we didn’t take the cruise. All the other boats had covered areas. It was cold and rainy. Asked for a literal rain check and they said they couldn’t help.

I booked the Amsterdam Luxury Canal Cruise, Unlimited Drinks and Bites Option. The skipper and our host were very good, the drinks as well but there were no bites...I don't understand why there's a Bites option in the name of the cruise and what did the company mean under" bites"? Otherwise, we all had a wonderful time, thank you. I should mention a beautifully decorated vessel. I would still recommend this cruise.
