Your cruise begins by gliding along the Prinsengracht, past landmarks such as the Anne Frank House (Anne Frank Huis), before continuing down the Bloemgracht, Amstel, Herengracht, Singel, and Keizersgracht. Take in sights along the way of key attractions such as as De 9 Straatjes, Rijksmuseum, Skinny Bridge (Magere Brug), and Bloemenmarkt. Great day trip! The weather was lovely and the sites were postcard beautiful the day we were there. Our guide, Richard, was knowledgeable, attentive, and all around pleasant. Highly recommend this tour!

The cruise was....fine. After they canceled our original cruiser time, they offered a rebooking for another time slot. The boat was extremely difficult to find; Flagship seems to be the only big tour company without signs and flags up. The staff was not helpful when we arrived, the boat were late boarding, and the boat was NOT as pictured. Also be aware there is only one kind of cheese (not a sampling of different kinds). We had an extremely loud group on our boat, so it was difficult to hear commentary, but there wasn't much anyway. I used to have family members who worked for Flagship in another city and took many of their cruises, so I expected far better.
This is a fun way to hear about some of history of the canals in Amsterdam. Our tour guide, Sam, was great! It’s also a great way to chat with other travellers while having wine and cheese!
So much fun! A little cheese and lots of beer and wine. Staff and Tom were great! What a fun experience and we learned a lot too!!
Me and the wife had an amazing experience on the cruise and the hosts were knowledgeable and fun.

I've taken this tour a few times before and this time it wasn't good. The crew seemed so disorganized. Food and wine wasn't ready and crew had a lot of silence and no flow of who was going to talk about what

Tour guides were very nice and funny.
We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed the cruise through the canals. Our on board tour guide was energetic and very accommodating, and our captain had excellent piloting skills. Both brought sunshine to an overcast evening!
They are very punctual so don’t be late. Once the tour begins you are quickly beginning your wine or beer experience with cheese. Kevin was our guide and our Captain of the ship was a Beautiful young lady and they complimented each other. As quickly as you finish your drink Kevin is quick to refill your glass with a variety of wines and Heineken beer. Kevin was very knowledgeable and charismatic as he shares his knowledge of the city. Highly recommend
The guide was fun and knowledgeable. Disappointed in limited cheese assortment and drink options. Our foursome was crammed in with a group of 6 or 7 women of which two were rather large preventing us from sitting comfortably.
We had a fantastic time on this Amsterdam canal wine and cheese cruise. The crew were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They shared some really interesting facts and stories about Amsterdam that made the experience even more enjoyable.
The wine selection was very good, and there was no shortage of either wine or cheese throughout the cruise. It was the perfect way to relax and take in the beautiful canals and scenery.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Great crew, great wine, great cheese, and a memorable way to see the city!
We saw many historical parts of Amsterdam! The unlimited wine was a bonus! Our captain and skipper were knowledgeable and personable!

Had a great time! Nice ride in canals with a little bit of Amsterdams history. Wine and Heineken available and it truly was unlimited. It was a windy day so much appreciated the covered ride. Very enjoyable!
Heineken beer only, tour company branded wine (not great) only, assortment of sodas. Good cheese! The guide was pretty good. I prefer tours where they don’t try to be funny. Often (as was the case here), the humor was so intentional that it didn’t land.
Very informative and interesting, staff were polite and attentive. It provided a lay out of the city, which assisted the remainder of our time in Amsterdam.
Would not let us board. Oversold tickets apparently. Very disappointing. We bought our tickets a month in advance
This was a very nice way to see Amsterdam from Canal level. Staff was very welcoming and new Amsterdam history well. Our hostess through in a few laughs as well. Wine and cheese option was a nice touch. The glass of wine never sat empty.
Great experience. Boat was clean and comfortable and really enjoyed that it was just a few people. The boat driver was excellent as well as our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
My son and I took this canal cruise and we both really liked it. The boat was comfortable and easy to see everything. Once we loaded the boat, we quickly served and served again and again. The cheese and wine were great! The tour guide was really funny and knowledgeable. I learned so much about the city and the canals. We also sat with a really pleasant couple from Norway. It was great fun!

The tour guide, Julieta was very good in attending to the guests.
There are so many about 25-40 guests in the boat that there isn't much information given and she got busy more serving drinks. She did a great job.
As a tourist, I will NOT recommend this tour because the boat being covered you miss the views of the buildings. Choose a boat with smaller group with no cover with your captain giving a tour, that makes for a better experience.
The boat was nice as well the staff, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, we did expect to have at least 2 or 3 different types of cheeses since they have so many varieties here (they served 1), and we feel the trip should be at least 1 1/2 hour long as it goes by so quick in 1 hour. It’s a nice experience just a quick one.
We truly enjoyed our canal cruise of Amsterdam. Katy and Frank are both super friendly and knowledgeable! The boat was full so we had plenty of room. Learning about both the history of the city as well as the canal system made for a spectacular day! Highly recommend you see the city this way.
I had been to Amsterdam before but had never done a canal boat tour, so I’m really glad I decided to take this one. Our guide was excellent and shared lots of interesting information about the city and its canals. Unfortunately, some of the other passengers were quite rude and talked loudly throughout the tour, which made it difficult to hear the guide at times. Tourists—please be respectful!
The one-hour tour was plenty of time to get a great overview of Amsterdam’s canals. We opted not to do the drinks and cheese option, as we didn’t feel it offered enough value for the additional cost.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour if you want a broad overview of Amsterdam from the water. It’s a great way to see the canals and learn more about the city.

Wonderful guide and comfortable seating out of the rain. Lots of “fun facts” from our guide about the city and Ted Lasso info.
