Seeing Amsterdam from the boat was great. Unfortunately, our guide was not very enthusiastic and barely pointed out anything along the way. It would have been nice to know more about the sights and not have to ask him questions about things. Very average experience with this operator.
It was really a good time. We learned a lot. The crooked houses were amazing how they leaned together.
Our canal ride was quite enjoyable despite the on and off rain showers. Our captain was Peter and he spoke of local history.
The boat tour itself was a great experience, learned a lot about the city and the structures on the canal. The only negative, we purchased the unlimited drink option but no drinks were offered or served.
While booking it showed me a 15 people small group tour. But at the time of tour it was 70 plus people on a huge bus. I wanted a small tour only.
The staff on arrival and exit were friendly but there was no your narrative that you could hear. The driver was chatting to some people but it wasn’t audible to the whole boat and so we were left guessing at what we had seen. Also only seemed to go on two of the canals. The other boat tours I have been in in Amsterdam seemed to provide better value for the money.
We had booked this tour ahead of our arrival in Amsterdam, due to flight issues we were a day late. I contacted them to advise and they said no problem we could do the tour at another time once we arrived. We took it yesterday. The operator said yes he remembered and we took the tour. It was awesome. 100% recommend this tour group! 👍🏻
Our experience was wonderful. Our tour guide was perfect, an angel. When it started raining he let us keep the umbrella to walk home and that meant the most to us.
What a great ceuise around Amsterdam learning the history
Really recommend it a really great experience for sure away from the main areas of the canals
Itinerary suited us however the guide failed to point out all the places of interest for us. Distracted by one of the passengers which was very frustrating
We enjoyed seeing Amsterdam from a canal. The city is beautiful and our pilot was very knowledgeable. The cocktails were a bonus.

The boat is small, intimate and very comfortable. The drink option offers unlimited, soda, beer, wine or water. The sights are wonderful.
It’s a light tour with commentary from the “Captain.” You your own bartender. I thought it was fun and easy.
Nice cruise on the canals with information on the history of the area. Enjoyed seeing the city areas.
We were fortunate with a sunny venture. Located near lovers canal cruise this is a smaller group just across the roadway. The boat was comfortable although they do put as many passengers as will fit (reasonably) this boat did not have a covering which could be problematic in weather. SKIP the beverage add on. We did not do it but I never saw those that did have more than a beer which would have been grossly overpriced. Our captain Chris was hands down amazing. Knowledgeable, humorous, easy to understand and just made the venture a pleasure. Enjoyed every minute wishing it would have gone on and on. No tides or ripple. Super smooth.
Great last minute booking with a big group. Alcoholic or soft drinks were available to buy and blankets given.

Very low energy and the tour guide/boat captain hardly spoke or provided any details beyond the basics. Also when so warm, the water should be included. Second viator experience this trip and disappointed with the supposed near “5 star” reviews.

We took an evening boat tour and it was lovely! Our captain and guide, Nunzio, was a fantastic storyteller and made the tour all the more fun. We got to see the two smallest houses in Amsterdam and learned a lot about the city design and architecture.
There were drinks for sale, which we didn’t have, but I appreciated the option - beer, wine, soda, and water.
It was very hot on the day we took our tour so it was a bit uncomfortable for the first 15-20 min until the sun went down a bit. The boat provides some umbrellas for shade which was a nice touch.

Lovely little boat trip, nice attentive staff. Very interesting and just the right length. The drinks are not the best and cheaper to buy on board if you will only have one or two.

Not very informative. When we asked questions the narrator only spoke one on one and did not share info with group. Drinks horrible

The itinerary our guide took varied from what we were sent and is published when you buy the tour, so make sure you get what you paid for; i.e. ours was supposed to go by Anne Franks house but it did not. Our guide was more interested in talking with another local guest than the rest of the boat, so much was missed. This tour had new people on hand and it showed. Suggest you go with a more established tour group.
Great view and explanations from the captain. Amazing! We discovered the whole city and got a different perspective

We went on an evening tour (6.30-7.30) with Mo as our guide.
The pin on the map doesn’t land right next to the KIN boat company dock but around 100yrds down near the Stromma stop (which is wrong). We found it eventually!
We had a lovely welcome drink, a great spot on the boat and it wasn’t too busy.
Mo was really knowledgeable and spoke the perfect amount about interesting stuff!
The tour guide is very knowledgeable and personable. He offered many interesting facts and was able to answer all questions.
