Great tour that is educational, learning something about Amsterdam that you would not have learned. It was a little cold in April so being on a cruise that is covered is nice. Small bites is only cheese, was expecting more.

Great experience, very informative and witty thanks to Roger the guide. Wanted it to be 3 hours it was that relaxing and entertaining. Thanks go to Jeremy as well the captain who made you feel the boat was floating on air. BTW the dock is one of the little docks ones across the road from Café Karpershoek…watch for the crew boarders in orange.

Avoid the inclusive drinks package trip.
1. The guide spent half his time making and handing out drinks.
2. Too many on the boat wanted to drink more than they paid for the trip. Some managed that.

We had a great time on the canal tour with JD as our host! He was informative, had a great sense of humor, but most of all he was approachable and kind. Our skipper also provided a smooth and calming cruise. We did not do the drink package, but drinks were still for purchase.

The cruise was informative and the guides were all very nice. Many free drinks handed out. They gave a complimentary bin of snacks with pretzels and crackers. We booked the cruise weeks beforehand and it down poured rained the entire cruise. They did not cancel it. They had umbrellas, but the boat cushions were soaking wet. But all things considered it was great value.

Do not purchase unlimited drink option, it’s 💯 rip-off. Apparently, after ordering a single cocktail, we were asked for payment. That’s when we were told the unlimited drink option is only for non-alcoholic drinks. In addition, we and everyone else were only offered a drink one time during the entire cruise. So basically, I paid $12 for the single soda (cost of unlimited ticket) and $9 for the awful tasting Mojito.

We took the cruise with Joao and Gideon. Both were very friendly and entertaining. I learned a lot about Amsterdam, took some amazing pictures, and really enjoyed the ambiance of the canals and the architecture. Really recommend booking this cruise!

Pretty much from the start of the experience it was all down hill. Every other canal boat looked really nice and was high class. With nice seats and champagne, while our unlimited “luxury” was literally a covered box. It was cold and drizzly so it was a little welcome. Except what happened was some four people only were allowed to fit outside and pretty much got a private open canal ride with the driver and host while everyone else was stuck inside to fend for themselves. The host didn’t like that some started to serve them self at the beginning, but she was barely around to do it herself. She literally was outside hanging out with the skipper the whole time. The unlimited alcohol was just beer and red/white wine. I wanted to sip champagne while I cruised the canal in the sunset on a luxury boat instead it was cheap wine, closed top, and a server who wanted to hangout take a tour for herself while she left everyone inside. By the time any of us strangers got comfortable to talk or anything the tour was over. I can’t believe she had the nerve to ask for tips after such horrible service.

We really enjoyed the boat tour, the tour guide was super funny and it was very informative. We had cheese and wine and the whole experience was very wholesome. Despite the rubbish weather! The boat was enclosed so we all stayed dry. Would definitely recommend!! Nice way to see Amsterdam.

We were scheduled for 10:30 and we went to the address on the tickets. There was no boat. Called customer service, they told us it was a 20 minute walk from there. We had taken a taxi to the location and could not walk for 20 minutes in the rain and cold. We never made it to the boat ride. Please call before going to the location because the address on the tickets IS NOT the address to board the boat. Felt a bit like a scam since there are no refunds.
