The canal cruise was both relaxing and informative, with beautiful views of Amsterdam lit up at night. The live guide shared interesting facts and stories, making the tour engaging and memorable. The high temperature was lightened by refreshing cold drinks, and the staff thoughtfully offered umbrellas for extra comfort. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the onboard bar added a nice touch to enjoy the ride even more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Great way to see the city and the guides were amazing! We picked this tour last minute and were not disappointed at all.
The tour guides were more interested telling jokes and pouring wine than telling us where we were and what we were seeing! I was hoping they could tell us what part of Amsterdam we were in
The cruise was fine if you knew what you were looking at. The other customers along with one of the servers were talking so loud you couldn’t hear the young lady’s description of what we were seeing. Not one word was said about being considerate to others on the boat. I couldn’t believe it and it was very disappointing. There are plenty of other canal cruises to choose from please do so.
Relaxing and beautiful tour along the best canals. Great guide and skipper, good explanations and funny atmosphere. Unlimited drinks, too. Overall, highly recommended
Brilliant tour and very informative, the guid she was brilliant very knowledgeable, with vast experience of the city and the water.
Decided last minute since we had good weather it was a last minute decision . It was unclear what was included so we didn’t touch anything drink or food wise and people that bought the same ticket helped themselves

It was a chilly night and there were no blankets. We had taken a day tour and it was the same exact tour. So if you do one, don’t do the other

The covered boat is nice for hot sunny days. However, for evening cruises it would be nice to have the option of an uncovered boat. Furthermore, because of the seating arrangement, riders are mainly limited to a one-sided view

I was hoping for more history in discussions concerning the different canals. The boat was in good condition.
Boat has a canape so no need for umbrella. Open at back so in winter wear a jacket. Lovely cruise loads of cheese & can purchase a drink on board. Roger our tour guide was very amicable & made it fun too.
Well a bit disappointing sunset cruise. Went with my wife for what was supposed to be a romantic sunset cruise. Was not that. Passengers vaping and high on marijuana, others singing and paying no attention to the poor guides who unfortunately had only been on the job a few weeks. The previous departure at 8:00 pm was overbooked and it made our 8:15 departure a bit confusing. Not the experience I was hoping for.
I don't think the canal tour company put us on the correct canal tour. I signed up for a small group tour and ended up with a large boat with at least 30 other people who had signed up for a wine and cheese tour. They were all given arm bands and told they could partake in the wine and cheese and were were told we could partake if we paid. Not what I expected! The places this boat went by were not the places on the itinerary I signed up for. The crew were all very nice and assisted us on an off the boat. One crew member assisted us up the steps at the pier after the cruise.
Very nice tour, guide and captain were extremely friendly which made it even more fun and entertaining!
We had such a great time on this tour! We were visiting from New York and we felt like we got a great sense of the history of the center city and its structure from this tour! Our guide Seline was so fun and knowledgeable and very polite and took care of everyone that wanted drinks on board! I would recommend doing this to others and would even do it again myself!
